Abstract

A display substrate includes a base; and a first display region and a second display region disposed on the base, where a light transmittance of the first display region is greater than a light transmittance of the second display region, and the first display region includes one or more first sub-regions and one or more second sub-regions; where the one or more first sub-regions include a plurality of first sub-pixels, and each of the first sub-pixels includes a first electrode disposed on the base, a light emitting layer disposed on the first electrode, and a second electrode disposed on the light emitting layer. A display panel, a display device and a method of manufacturing a display substrate are further disclosed.

Claims (25)

1 . A display substrate, comprising:

a base; and

a first display region and a second display region disposed on the base, wherein a light transmittance of the first display region is greater than a light transmittance of the second display region, and the first display region comprises one or more first sub-regions and one or more second sub-regions;

wherein the one or more first sub-regions comprise a plurality of first sub-pixels, and each of the plurality of first sub-pixels comprises a first electrode disposed on the base, a light emitting layer disposed on the first electrode, and a second electrode disposed on the light emitting layer;

a pattern layer, wherein the pattern layer is disposed in the one or more second sub-regions and configured to define positions of the second electrodes, wherein the pattern layer is made of a light transmitting material and formed before forming the second electrodes, and the light transmitting material and a material for the second electrodes are mutually exclusive;

wherein the second electrodes are made of magnesium, and the material for the pattern layer comprises at least one of bis(2-methyl-8-hydroxyquinoline)-4-(p-phenylphenol)aluminum or 3-(biphenyl-4-yl)-5-(4-tert-butylphenyl)-4-phenyl-4H-1,2,4-triazole;

wherein the one or more first sub-regions and the one or more second sub-regions are alternately arranged; and for each of the one or more first sub-regions, second electrodes of the plurality of first sub-pixels located in each of the one or more first sub-region are connected with each other to form a surface electrode, and the display substrate further comprises one or more connecting portions which are located in the one or more second sub-regions and configured to electrically connect with adjacent surface electrodes;

wherein the second sub-region is not completely covered by the pattern layer, the connecting portion is formed in a region of the second sub-region not covered by the pattern layer, and the second sub-region is not provided with the second electrode.

2 . The display substrate according to claim 1 , further comprising a transparent conductive layer, wherein the transparent conductive layer is disposed in the first display region and electrically connected with the second electrodes.

3 . The display substrate according to claim 2 , wherein the transparent conductive layer covers the first display region; and/or the transparent conductive layer is in direct contact with surfaces of the second electrodes away from or close to the base.

4 . The display substrate according to claim 1 , further comprising a color filter, wherein the color filter is disposed in the first display region and the second display region and is located on a side of the second electrodes away from the base, wherein the color filter comprises one or more black matrixes and one or more color films disposed in one or more openings of the black matrixes.

5 . The display substrate according to claim 4 , wherein the color filter comprises one or more hollow regions disposed in the one or more second sub-regions.

6 . The display substrate according to claim 5 , further comprising a transparent resin film layer, wherein the transparent resin film layer covers the one or more hollow regions, the one or more black matrixes and the one or more color films.

7 . The display substrate according to claim 1 , wherein a density of the plurality of first sub-pixels in the one or more first sub-regions is lower than or equal to a density of a plurality of second sub-pixels in the second display region.

8 . A display panel, comprising a display substrate, wherein the display substrate comprises:

a base; and

a first display region and a second display region disposed on the base, wherein a light transmittance of the first display region is greater than a light transmittance of the second display region, and the first display region comprises one or more first sub-regions and one or more second sub-regions;

wherein the one or more first sub-regions comprise a plurality of first sub-pixels, and each of the plurality of first sub-pixels comprises a first electrode disposed on the base, a light emitting layer disposed on the first electrode, and a second electrode disposed on the light emitting layer;

a pattern layer, wherein the pattern layer is disposed in the one or more second sub-regions and configured to define positions of the second electrodes, wherein the pattern layer is made of a light transmitting material and formed before forming the second electrodes, and the light transmitting material and a material for the second electrodes are mutually exclusive;

wherein the second electrodes are made of magnesium, and the material for the pattern layer comprises at least one of bis(2-methyl-8-hydroxyquinoline)-4-(p-phenylphenol)aluminum or 3-(biphenyl-4-yl)-5-(4-tert-butylphenyl)-4-phenyl-4H-1,2,4-triazole;

wherein the one or more first sub-regions and the one or more second sub-regions are alternately arranged; and for each of the one or more first sub-regions, second electrodes of the plurality of first sub-pixels located in each of the one or more first sub-region are connected with each other to form a surface electrode, and the display substrate further comprises one or more connecting portions which are located in the one or more second sub-regions and configured to electrically connect with adjacent surface electrodes;

wherein the second sub-region is not completely covered by the pattern layer, the connecting portion is formed in a region of the second sub-region not covered by the pattern layer, and the second sub-region is not provided with the second electrode.

9 . A display device, comprising:

a display panel according to claim 8 , and

one or more photosensitive devices, wherein the one or more photosensitive devices are disposed below the first display region.
