Abstract

A building system including one or more storage devices storing instructions thereon that, when executed by one or more processors, cause the one or more processors to ingest external information from an external computing system via at least one of an external access application programming interface (API) component or a software development kit (SDK) component, cross-correlate a first identifier associated with the external information with one or more second identifiers associated with one or more virtual assets of a graphical model of a building to determine a location of a virtual asset associated with the external information within the graphical model, cause the graphical model of the building to include a representation of the external information associated with the virtual asset, and cause a display device of a user device to display the graphical model.

Claims (41)

1 . A building system comprising one or more storage devices storing instructions thereon that, when executed by one or more processors, cause the one or more processors to:

ingest external information from an external computing system via at least one of an external access application programming interface (API) component or an external access software development kit (SDK) component;

cross-correlate a first identifier associated with the external information with one or more second identifiers associated with one or more virtual assets of a graphical model of a building to determine a location of a virtual asset associated with the external information within the graphical model;

cause the graphical model of the building to include a representation of the external information associated with the virtual asset; and

cause a display device of a user device to display the graphical model, wherein causing the display device of the user device to display the graphical model comprises generating a user interface including the graphical model for display on the display device of the user device.

2 . The building system of claim 1 , wherein the external information is first external information, the external computing system is a first external computing system, and the at least one of the external access API component or the external access SDK component is at least one of a first external access API component or a first external access SDK component and the instructions further cause the one or more processors to:

ingest second external information from a second external computing system via at least one of a second external access API component or a second external access SDK component;

cross-correlate a third identifier associated the second external information with the one or more second identifiers associated with the one or more virtual assets of the graphical model to determine the location of the virtual asset associated with the second external information within the graphical model; and

cause the graphical model to include the external information associated with the virtual asset.

3 . The building system of claim 1 , wherein the graphical model of the building is a three dimensional building model of the building.

4 . The building system of claim 1 , wherein the user interface allows for a user of the user device to input a command to modify the functioning of a physical asset within a physical building, the physical asset corresponding to the virtual asset.

5 . The building system of claim 1 , wherein the user interface allows for a user of the user device to selectively highlight one or more portions of the graphical model based on a user selection of one or more of a selected asset, a selected category of assets, or a selected room.

6 . The building system of claim 1 , wherein the user interface allows for a user of the user device to selectively apply a heat map overlay onto the graphical model, the heat map overlay providing a visual representation of one of a temperature distribution, an indoor air quality distribution, an occupancy distribution, or an energy consumption distribution.

7 . The building system of claim 1 , wherein the user interface allows for a user of the user device to view an alarm indication at a location within the graphical model associated with an active alarm.

8 . The building system of claim 7 , wherein the user interface further allows for the user to interact with the alarm indication to obtain additional information associated with the active alarm.

9 . The building system of claim 1 , wherein the instructions further cause the one or more processors to:

ingest data from a plurality of digital twins corresponding to one or more of locations, spaces, equipment, or assets within the graphical model; and

render the graphical model based at least partially on the ingested data.

10 . The building system of claim 1 , wherein the instructions further cause the one or more processors to:

ingest artificial intelligence information from an artificial intelligence (AI) agent configured to make one or more inferences or predictions pertaining to the one or more virtual assets within the graphical model using an AI model; and

cause the graphical model to include the artificial intelligence information pertaining to the one or more virtual assets.

11 . A building system comprising one or more storage devices storing instructions thereon that, when executed by one or more processors, cause the one or more processors to:

ingest external information from an external computing system via an external access component;

cross-correlate a first identifier associated with the external information with one or more second identifiers associated with one or more virtual assets of a graphical model of a building to determine a location of a virtual asset associated with the external information within the graphical model;

cause the graphical model of the building to include a representation of the external information associated with the virtual asset; and

cause a display device of a user device to display the graphical model, wherein causing the display device of the user device to display the graphical model comprises generating a user interface including the graphical model for display on the display device of the user device.

12 . The building system of claim 11 , wherein the external information is first external information, the external computing system is a first external computing system, and the external access component is a first external access component and the instructions further cause the one or more processors to:

ingest second external information from a second external computing system via a second external access component;

cross-correlate a third identifier associated the second external information with the one or more second identifiers associated with the one or more virtual assets of the graphical model to determine the location of the virtual asset associated with the second external information within the graphical model; and

cause the graphical model to include the external information associated with the virtual asset.

13 . The building system of claim 11 , wherein the external access component is at least one of an external access application programming interface (API) component or an external access software development kit (SDK) component.

14 . The building system of claim 11 , wherein the graphical model of the building is a three dimensional building model of the building.

15 . The building system of claim 11 , wherein the user interface allows for a user of the user device to input a command to modify the functioning of a physical asset within a physical building, the physical asset corresponding to the virtual asset.

16 . A method comprising:

ingesting external information from an external computing system via an external access component;

cross-correlating a first identifier associated with the external information with one or more second identifiers associated with one or more virtual assets of a graphical model of a building to determine a location of a virtual asset associated with the external information within the graphical model;

causing the graphical model of the building to include a representation of the external information associated with the virtual asset; and

causing a display device of a user device to display the graphical model, wherein causing the display device of the user device to display the graphical model comprises generating a user interface including the graphical model for display on the display device of the user device.

17 . The method of claim 16 , wherein the external access component is at least one of an external access application programming interface (API) component or an external access software development kit (SDK) component.

18 . The method of claim 16 , wherein the graphical model of the building is a three dimensional building model of the building.

19 . The method of claim 16 , wherein the user interface allows for a user of the user device to input a command to modify the functioning of a physical asset within a physical building, the physical asset corresponding to the virtual asset.
