The present invention relates to carbamoyl phenylalaninol analogs and methods of using the same to treat disorders.

21 . The composition of claim 20 , wherein the composition is an immediate release oral dosage form.
22 . The composition of claim 21 , wherein the composition is a tablet or a capsule.
23 . A kit comprising the compound of claim 5 .
24 . A method of treating a disorder or condition selected from narcolepsy, cataplexy, excessive daytime sleepiness, idiopathic hypersomnia, drug addiction, sexual dysfunction, fatigue, fibromyalgia, attention deficit/hyperactivity disorder, restless legs syndrome, depression, bipolar disorder, atypical depression, binge eating disorder, or obesity in a subject in need thereof, or promoting smoking cessation in a subject in need thereof, comprising administering to the subject a therapeutically effective amount of the a compound of claim 5 , thereby treating the disorder or condition or promoting smoking cessation.
25 . The method of claim 24 , wherein the disorder or condition is selected from narcolepsy, cataplexy, excessive daytime sleepiness, idiopathic hypersomnia.
26 . The method of claim 24 , wherein the excessive daytime sleepiness is associated with idiopathic hypersomnia, multiple sclerosis, atypical depression, or drug-associated excessive sleepiness.

28 . The method of claim 24 , comprising administering a pharmaceutical composition comprising the compound and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier.
29 . The method of claim 28 , wherein the composition is a dosage form.
30 . The method of claim 29 , wherein the composition is an immediate release oral dosage form.
31 . The method of claim 29 , wherein the composition is a tablet or a capsule.
32 . The method of claim 24 , further comprising administering an additional therapeutic agent.
