Abstract

The present technology provides a bonded article, comprising: a first member containing plastic and including a portion that has been flame-treated under a condition A1 shown below; a second member; and an adhesive that bonds the first member and the second member to each other, wherein the first member adheres with the adhesive at the flame-treated portion, and a primer is not interposed between the first member and the adhesive: (Condition A1) a volume ratio R A1 of air and combustion gas used for generation of flame in the flame treatment, and a volume ratio R P of air and combustion gas when the combustion gas is completely combusted satisfy the following formula (1): 0.8≤volume ratio R A1 /volume ratio R P ≤1  (1).

Claims (25)

1 . A bonded article, comprising:

a first member containing plastic and including a portion that has been flame-treated under a condition A1 shown below; a second member; and an adhesive that bonds the first member and the second member to each other,

wherein the first member adheres with the adhesive at the flame-treated portion, and

a primer is not interposed between the first member and the adhesive:

(Condition A1) a volume ratio R A1 of air and combustion gas used for generation of flame in the flame treatment, and a volume ratio R P of air and combustion gas when the combustion gas is completely combusted satisfy the following formula (1):

0.8≤volume ratio R A1 /volume ratio R P ≤1  (1).

2 . The bonded article according to claim 1 , wherein the first member contains a polyolefin-based resin as the plastic and an inorganic substance.

3 . The bonded article according to claim 1 , wherein the adhesive is a urethane-based adhesive, an epoxy-based adhesive, a modified silicone-based adhesive, or an acryl-based adhesive.

4 . The bonded article according to claim 1 , wherein

the second member contains plastic, includes a portion that has been flame-treated under a condition A2 shown below, and adheres with the adhesive at the flame-treated portion:

(Condition A2) a volume ratio R A2 of air and combustion gas used for generation of flame in the flame treatment, and a volume ratio R P of air and combustion gas when the combustion gas is completely combusted satisfy the following formula (2):

0.8≤volume ratio R A2 /volume ratio R P ≤1  (2).

5 . The bonded article according to claim 1 , wherein the combustion gas contains propane gas or natural gas.

6 . A method for producing a bonded article, the method comprising:

a surface treatment step of flame-treating a first member containing plastic under a condition A1 shown below;

an adhesive application step of applying an adhesive to the flame-treated first member without a primer interposed therebetween; and

a bonding step of laminating the second member on the adhesive and bonding the first member, the adhesive, and the second member:

(Condition A1) a volume ratio R A1 of air and combustion gas used for the generation of flame in the flame treatment, and a volume ratio R P of air and combustion gas when the combustion gas is completely combusted satisfy the following formula (1):

0.8≤volume ratio R A1 /volume ratio R P ≤1  (1).

7 . The method for producing a bonded article according to claim 6 , wherein

the second member contains plastic,

the method further comprising another surface treatment step of flame-treating the second member under a condition A2 shown below, the another surface treatment step being performed in advance before the bonding step,

wherein, in the bonding step, the flame-treated second member is laminated on the adhesive:

(Condition A2) a volume ratio R A2 of air and combustion gas used for generation of flame in the flame treatment, and a volume ratio R P of air and combustion gas when the combustion gas is completely combusted satisfy the following formula (2):

0.8≤volume ratio R A2 /volume ratio R P ≤1  (2).
