Heterocycle substituted pyridine derivative antifungal agents
Described herein are heterocycle substituted pyridine derivative antifungal agents and pharmaceutical compositions comprising said compounds. The subject compounds and compositions are useful for the treatment of fungal diseases and infections.

the compound of claim 2 ; and
at least one pharmaceutically acceptable excipient.
5. A method of treating a fungal disease in a subject in need thereof, the method comprising:
administering to the subject a therapeutically effective amount of the compound of claim 1 or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt, solvate, hydrate, tautomer, stereoisomer, mixture of stereoisomers, or isotopic variant thereof.
6. A method of treating a fungal disease in a subject in need thereof, the method comprising:
administering to the subject a therapeutically effective amount of the compound of claim 2 .
7. A method of treating a fungal disease in a subject in need thereof, the method comprising:
administering to the subject a therapeutically effective amount of the pharmaceutical composition of claim 3 .
8. A method of treating a fungal disease in a subject in need thereof, the method comprising:
administering to the subject a therapeutically effective amount of the pharmaceutical composition of claim 4 .
