Abstract

An organic electroluminescent device includes a first transistor, a power supply line layer connected to one current terminal of the first transistor, a capacitive element including a first capacitive electrode connected to a gate of the first transistor, and a second capacitive electrode, a signal line, and a pixel electrode connected to the other current terminal of the first transistor, the first capacitive electrode is provided on a layer over the gate of the first transistor, and the power supply line layer is provided on a layer between the first capacitive electrode and the signal line.

Claims (9)

1 - 16 . (canceled)

17 . An organic electroluminescent device, comprising:

a transistor including a gate electrode;

a light-emitting element including a pixel electrode;

a signal line disposed in a layer between the gate electrode and the pixel electrode; and

a capacitive element including:

a first capacitive electrode that is electrically connected to the gate electrode and disposed in a layer between the signal line and the pixel electrode; and

a second capacitive electrode that is supplied with a power supply potential and disposed in a layer between the first capacitive electrode and the signal line, the second capacitive electrode overlapping with the transistor in plan view.

18 . An electronic apparatus comprising the organic electroluminescent device according to claim 17 .
