Abstract

Embodiments of the present application provides a charging method and a power conversion equipment, which can effectively ensure a normal charging of a traction battery. The charging method is used for charging the traction battery, the method includes: obtaining, by a power conversion equipment, a battery state parameter of the traction battery; sending, by the power conversion equipment, a charging information to a charging pile, the charging information includes a direct current charging parameter calculated from a pulse charging parameter; receiving, by the power conversion equipment, a direct current output by the charging pile, on the basis of the direct current charging parameter; converting, by the power conversion equipment, the direct current into a pulse current on the basis of the pulse charging parameter, the pulse current is used for charging the traction battery; where, the battery state parameter is used for determining the pulse charging parameter.

Claims (56)

1 . A charging method for charging a traction battery, the method comprising:

obtaining, by a power conversion equipment, a battery state parameter of the traction battery;

sending, by the power conversion equipment, a charging information to a charging pile, the charging information comprising a direct current charging parameter calculated by a pulse charging parameter;

receiving, by the power conversion equipment, a direct current output by the charging pile on the basis of the direct current charging parameter;

converting, by the power conversion equipment, the direct current into a pulse current on the basis of the pulse charging parameter, the pulse current being used for charging the traction battery;

wherein, the battery state parameter is used for determining the pulse charging parameter.

2 . The method according to claim 1 , wherein the method further comprises:

determining, by the power conversion equipment, the pulse charging parameter on the basis of the battery state parameter, the pulse charging parameter comprising at least one parameter of the following parameters: a pulse current effective value, a pulse current peak, a pulse voltage, a pulse direction, a pulse frequency, a pulse interval and a pulse duration.

3 . The method according to claim 1 , wherein the battery state parameter comprises at least one parameter of the following parameters: a battery temperature, a battery voltage, a battery capacity and a state of charge (SOC) of battery;

the direct current charging parameter comprises an output voltage and/or an output current of the charging pile.

4 . The method according to claim 1 , wherein the method further comprises:

determining, by the power conversion equipment, to enter a pulse charging mode on the basis of the battery state parameter, the pulse charging mode is a charging mode using a pulse-type voltage or a pulse-type current.

5 . The method according to claim 4 , wherein the battery state parameter comprises a battery temperature, the determining, by the power conversion equipment, to enter a pulse charging mode on the basis of the battery state parameter, comprising:

under the battery temperature is less than or equal to a temperature threshold condition, determining, by the power conversion equipment, to enter the pulse charging mode.

6 . A charging method for charging a traction battery, the method being applied for a power conversion equipment, the power conversion equipment comprising a control unit and a power unit, the method comprising:

obtaining, by the control unit, a battery state parameter of the traction battery;

obtaining, by the control unit, a pulse charging parameter on the basis of the battery state parameter;

transmitting, by the control unit, the pulse charging parameter to the power unit;

obtaining, by the control unit, a direct current charging parameter calculated by the power unit on the basis of the pulse charging parameter;

sending, by the control unit, the direct current charging parameter to a charging pile, the direct current charging parameter being used for the charging pile outputting a direct current;

sending, by the control unit, a start output instruction to the power unit, the start output instruction being used for controlling the power unit to convert the direct current into a pulse current, the pulse current being used for charging the traction battery.

7 . The method according to claim 6 , wherein the pulse charging parameter comprises at least one parameter of the following parameters: a pulse current effective value, a pulse current peak, a pulse voltage, a pulse direction, a pulse frequency, a pulse interval and a pulse duration.

8 . The method according to claim 6 , wherein the battery state parameter comprises at least one parameter of the following: a battery temperature, a battery voltage, a battery capacity and a state of charge (SOC) of battery;

the direct current charging parameter comprises an output voltage and/or an output current of the charging pile.

9 . The method according to claim 6 , wherein the method further comprises:

determining, by the control unit, to enter a pulse charging mode on the basis of the battery state parameter, the pulse charging mode is a charging mode using a pulse-type voltage or a pulse-type current.

10 . The method according to claim 9 , wherein the battery state parameter comprises a battery temperature, the determining, by the control unit, to enter a pulse charging mode on the basis of the battery state parameter, comprising:

under the battery temperature is less than or equal to a temperature threshold condition, determining, by the control unit, to enter the pulse charging mode.

11 . A power conversion equipment for charging a traction battery, the power conversion equipment comprising:

a processing unit configured to obtain a battery state parameter of the traction battery;

a communication unit configured to send a charging information to a charging pile, the charging information comprising a direct current charging parameter calculated by a pulse charging parameter;

the communication unit further configured to receive a direct current output by the charging pile on the basis of the direct current charging parameter;

the processing unit further configured to convert the direct current into a pulse current on the basis of the pulse charging parameter, the pulse current being used for charging the traction battery;

wherein, the battery state parameter is used for determining the pulse charging parameter.

12 . The power conversion equipment according to claim 11 , wherein the processing unit is further configured to:

determine the pulse charging parameter on the basis of the battery state parameter, the pulse charging parameter comprising at least one parameter of the following parameters: a pulse current effective value, a pulse current peak, a pulse voltage, a pulse direction, a pulse frequency, a pulse interval and a pulse duration.

13 . The power conversion equipment according to claim 11 , wherein the battery state parameter comprises at least one parameter of the following parameters: a battery temperature, a battery voltage, a battery capacity and a state of charge (SOC) of battery;

the direct current charging parameter comprises an output voltage and/or an output current of the charging pile.

14 . The power conversion equipment according to claim 11 , wherein the processing unit is further configured to:

determine to enter a pulse charging mode on the basis of the battery state parameter, the pulse charging mode is a charging mode using a pulse-type voltage or a pulse-type current.

15 . The power conversion equipment according to claim 14 , wherein the battery state parameter comprises a battery temperature, the processing unit is specifically configured to:

under the battery temperature is less than or equal to a temperature threshold condition, determine to enter the pulse charging mode.

16 . A power conversion equipment for charging a traction battery, wherein the power conversion equipment is configured to perform the charging method for charging a traction battery according to claim 6 , the power conversion equipment comprises:

a control unit configured to obtain a battery state parameter of the traction battery;

the control unit further configured to obtain a pulse charging parameter on the basis of the battery state parameter;

the control unit further configured to transmit the pulse charging parameter to a power unit of the power conversion equipment;

the control unit further configured to obtain a direct current charging parameter calculated by the power unit on the basis of the pulse charging parameter;

the control unit further configured to send the direct current charging parameter to a charging pile, the direct current charging parameter being used for the charging pile outputting a direct current;

the control unit further configured to send a start output instruction to the power unit, the start output instruction being used for controlling the power unit to convert the direct current into a pulse current, the pulse current being used for charging the traction battery.

The power conversion equipment according to claim 16 , wherein the pulse charging parameter comprise at least one parameter of the following parameters: a pulse current effective value, a pulse current peak, a pulse voltage, a pulse direction, a pulse frequency, a pulse interval and a pulse duration.

18 . The power conversion equipment according to claim 16 , wherein the battery state parameter comprise at least one parameter of the following parameters: a battery temperature, a battery voltage, a battery capacity and a state of charge (SOC) of battery;

the direct current charging parameter comprises an output voltage and/or an output current of the charging pile.

19 . The power conversion equipment according to claim 16 , wherein the control unit is further configured to:

determine to enter a pulse charging mode on the basis of the battery state parameter, the pulse charging mode is a charging mode using a pulse-type voltage or a pulse-type current.

20 . The power conversion equipment according to claim 19 , wherein the battery state parameter comprises a battery temperature, the control unit is specifically configured to:

under the battery temperature is less than or equal to a temperature threshold condition, determine to enter the pulse charging mode.
