A new and distinct cultivar of Betonica plant named ‘Summer Grapes’, characterized by its relatively compact and broadly upright plant habit; moderately vigorous to vigorous growth habit; dark green-colored leaves; freely flowering habit; relatively long inflorescences with bright purple-colored flowers; and good garden performance.
