Interactive agent interface and optimized health plan ranking
A computing system can obtain health record data of a user from health record sources. The system can generate, on a computing device of a call agent, an interactive agent interface comprising prepopulated data based on the health record data. Based on an interaction between the call agent and the user during a call session, the system can receive input data from the computing device of the call agent. Based on at least one of the health record data or the input data, the system can generate a set of health outcome predictions for the user, and based on the set of health outcome predictions, the input data, and the health record data, the system can generate a set of health care plan rankings for the user.
1 . A computing system comprising:
a network communication interface;
a database;
one or more processors; and
at least one memory storing instructions that, when executed by the one or more processors, cause the computing system to:
obtain health record data of a user from a group of health record computing systems in response to receiving an input authorizing access to the health record data and receiving credential information for a group of health record computing systems, at least one first health record computing system providing a first portion of the health record data in accordance with a first coding scheme and at least one second health record computing system providing a second portion of the health record data in accordance with a second coding scheme, wherein the health record data is in a non-standardized format based on the first coding scheme being different than the second coding scheme;
convert the health record data into a standardized format, the standardized format being a natural language format;
store the health record data in the standardized format in the database, the database synchronizing medical records from multiple disparate health record computing systems including the at least one first health record computing system and the at least one second health record computing system;
generate, for an interactive agent interface, a script including health record data from the standardized health record data stored in the database;
transmit, to a computing device of a call agent, the script while the call agent is on a call session with the user;
provide remote access to the user, over one or more networks and via the network communication interface, so that the user can update first health-related information of the user in real-time during the call session through an interactive user interface, wherein the user provides the updated first health-related information in a format different than the first coding scheme and the second coding scheme;
store the updated first health-related information in the database;
automatically generate a set of health outcome predictions for the user based on the standardized health record data and the updated first health-related information when the updated first health-related information is stored;
automatically generate a first set of health care plan rankings for the user based on the set of health outcome predictions, the updated first health-related information, and the standardized health record data, when the updated first health-related information is stored;
transmit, to the computing device, the first set of health care plan rankings, wherein the first set of health care plan rankings are displayed at the interactive agent interface;
provide remote access to the at least one first health record computing system, over the one or more networks and via the network communication interface, so that the at least one first health record computing system can update second health-related information of the first portion of the health record data, wherein the at least one first health record computing system provides the second health-related information in the non-standardized format dependent on the first coding scheme used by the at least one first health record computing system;
convert the updated second health-related information into the standardized format;
store the updated second health-related information in the database in the standardized format;
update the first set of health care plan rankings, in real-time while the call session is ongoing, to generate a second set of health care plan rankings in accordance with the updated second health-related information, when the updated second health-related information is stored; and
transmit, to the computing device of the call agent, the second set of health care plan rankings, wherein the interactive agent interface is updated in real-time while the call session is ongoing.
2 . The computing system of claim 1 , wherein the first health-related information provided by the user comprises one or more preferred pharmacies of the user.
3 . The computing system of claim 1 , wherein the first health-related information provided by the user comprises one or more preferred doctors or clinics of the user.
4 . The computing system of claim 1 , wherein the first health-related information provided by the user comprises one or more current diagnoses of the user.
5 . The computing system of claim 1 , wherein the first health-related information provided by the user comprises one or more current medications of the user and/or one or more medical devices required by the user.
6 . The computing system of claim 1 , wherein the set of health outcome predictions comprises one or more predicted future diagnoses of the user.
7 . The computing system of claim 1 , wherein the interactive agent interface presents a set of health plan attributes of an optimal health care plan for the user.
8 . The computing system of claim 7 , wherein the interactive agent interface presents the set of health plan attributes of the optimal health care plan in conjunction with a set of health plan attributes of a current health care plan of the user.
9 . The computing system of claim 1 , wherein execution of the instructions further cause the computing system to:
predict a future set of health service needs for the user;
wherein the first set of health care plan rankings is further based on the future set of health service needs.
10 . The computing system of claim 9 , wherein execution of the instructions further cause the computing system to:
predict one or more future medication needs for the user;
wherein the first set of health care plan rankings are further based on the one or more future medication needs.
11 . The computing system of claim 10 , wherein execution of the instructions further cause the computing system to:
estimate a set of costs for the user based on the future medication needs and the future set of health service needs of the user; and
provide the user with a recommended health care plan based on the estimated set of costs.
12 . The computing system of claim 1 , wherein execution of the instructions further cause the computing system to:
based on aggregated anonymous data, determine known health outcomes for a set of doctors or health care network;
wherein the first set of health care plan rankings is further based on the known health outcomes.
13 . A non-transitory computer readable medium storing instructions that, when executed by one or more processors of a computing system, cause the computing system to:
obtain health record data of a user from a group of health record computing systems in response to receiving an input authorizing access to the health record data and receiving credential information for a group of health record computing systems, at least one first health record computing system providing a first portion of the health record data in accordance with a first coding scheme and at least one second health record computing system providing a second portion of the health record data in accordance with a second coding scheme, wherein the health record data is in a non-standardized format based on the first coding scheme being different than the second coding scheme;
convert the health record data into a standardized format, the standardized format being a natural language format;
store the health record data in the standardized format in a database, the database synchronizing medical records from multiple disparate health record computing systems including the at least one first health record computing system and the at least one second health record computing system;
generate, for an interactive agent interface, a script including health record data from based on the standardized health record data stored in the database;
transmit, to a computing device of a call agent, the script while the call agent is on a call session with the user;
provide remote access to the user, over one or more networks and via a network communication interface, so that the user can update first health-related information of the user in real-time during the call session through an interactive user interface, wherein the user provides the updated first health-related information in a format different than the first coding scheme and the second coding scheme;
store the updated first health-related information in the database;
automatically generate a set of health outcome predictions for the user based on the standardized health record data and the updated first health-related information when the updated first health-related information is stored;
automatically generate a first set of health care plan rankings for the user based on the set of health outcome predictions, the updated first health-related information, and the standardized health record data, when the updated first health-related information is stored;
transmit, to the computing device, the first set of health care plan rankings, wherein the first set of health care plan rankings are displayed at the interactive agent interface;
provide remote access to the at least one first health record computing system, receive, over the one or more networks and via the network communication interface, so that the at least one first health record computing system can update, second health-related information of the first portion of the health record data, wherein the at least one first health record computing system provides the second health-related information in the non-standardized format dependent on the first coding scheme used by the at least one first health record computing system;
convert the updated second health-related information into the standardized format;
store the updated second health-related information in the database in the standardized format;
update the first set of health care plan rankings, in real-time while the call session is ongoing, to generate a second set of health care plan rankings in accordance with the updated second health-related information, when the updated second health-related information is stored; and
transmit, to the computing device of the call agent, the second set of health care plan rankings, wherein the interactive agent interface is updated in real-time while the call session is ongoing.
14 . The non-transitory computer readable medium of claim 13 , wherein the first health-related information provided by the user comprises one or more preferred pharmacies of the user.
15 . The non-transitory computer readable medium of claim 13 , wherein the first health-related information provided by the user comprises one or more preferred doctors or clinics of the user.
16 . The non-transitory computer readable medium of claim 13 , wherein the first health-related information provided by the user comprises one or more current diagnoses of the user.
17 . The non-transitory computer readable medium of claim 13 , wherein the first health-related information provided by the user comprises one or more current medications of the user and/or one or more medical devices required by the user.
18 . The non-transitory computer readable medium of claim 13 , wherein the set of health outcome predictions comprises one or more predicted future diagnoses of the user.
19 . The non-transitory computer readable medium of claim 13 , wherein the interactive agent interface presents a set of health plan attributes of an optimal health care plan for the user.
20 . A computer implemented method, comprising:
obtaining health record data of a user from a group of health record computing systems in response to receiving an input authorizing access to the health record data and receiving credential information for a group of health record computing systems, at least one first health record computing system providing a first portion of the health record data in accordance with a first coding scheme and at least one second health record computing system providing a second portion of the health record data in accordance with a second coding scheme, wherein the health record data is in a non-standardized format based on the first coding scheme being different than the second coding scheme;
converting the health record data into a standardized format, the standardized format being a natural language format;
storing the health record data in the standardized format in a database, the database synchronizing medical records from multiple disparate health record computing systems including the at least one first health record computing system and the at least one second health record computing system;
generating, for an interactive agent interface, a script including health record data from the standardized health record data stored in the database;
transmitting, to a computing device of a call agent, the script while the call agent is on a call session with the user;
providing remote access to the user, over one or more networks and via a network communication interface, so that the user can update first health-related information of the user in real-time during the call session through an interactive user interface, wherein the user provides the updated first health-related information in a format different than the first coding scheme and the second coding scheme;
storing the updated first health-related information in the database;
automatically generating a set of health outcome predictions for the user based on the standardized health record data and the updated first health-related information when the updated first health-related information is stored;
automatically generating a first set of health care plan rankings for the user based on the set of health outcome predictions, the updated first health-related information, and the standardized health record data;
transmitting, to the computing device, the first set of health care plan rankings, wherein the first set of health care plan rankings are to be displayed at the interactive agent interface;
providing remote access to the at least one first health record computing system, over the one or more networks and via the network communication interface, so that the at least one first health record computing system can update, second health-related information of the first portion of the health record data, wherein the at least one first health record computing system provides the second health-related information in the non-standardized format dependent on the first coding scheme used by the at least one first health record computing system;
converting the updated second health-related information into the standardized format;
storing the updated second health-related information in the database in the standardized format;
updating the first set of health care plan rankings, in real-time while the call session is ongoing, to generate a second set of health care plan rankings in accordance with the updated second health-related information, when the updated second health-related information is stored; and
transmitting, to the computing device of the call agent, the second set of health care plan rankings, wherein the interactive agent interface is updated in real-time while the call session is ongoing.
