Abstract

A novel indazole compound, a preparation method therefor, and use thereof in the preparation of drugs for treating related diseases. Specifically disclosed are a compound of formula (II) and a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.

Claims (24)

1. A compound represented by formula (II) or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof

wherein,

n is 1 or 2;

X is selected from N and CR 3 ;

Y is selected from —O— and —CH 2 —;

L is selected from —O—, —N(CH 3 )— and —NH—;

ring A is selected from phenyl, pyridyl, pyrazinyl and pyrimidyl, and the phenyl, pyridyl, pyrazinyl and pyrimidyl are each independently and optionally substituted by 1, 2 or 3 R a ;

R 1 is selected from CN and F;

R 2 is selected from C 1-6 alkyl, C 1-6 alkoxy and C 3-6 cycloalkyl, and the C 1-6 alkyl, C 1-6 alkoxy and C 3-6 cycloalkyl are each independently and optionally substituted by 1, 2 or 3 R b ;

R 3 is selected from D, F and H;

R a is each independently selected from H, D, F, Cl, Br, I, OH, CN, OCH 3 , OCH 2 CH 3 , C 1-4 alkyl,

R b is each independently selected from F, Cl, Br, I, CN, OH and OCH 3 .

2. The compound or the pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof as claimed in claim 1 , wherein, ring A is selected from

are each independently and optionally substituted by 1, 2 or 3 R a .

3. The compound or the pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof as claimed in claim 1 , wherein, R a is each independently selected from H, D, F, Cl, OH, CN, OCH 3 and CH 3 .

10. A method for treating breast cancer in a subject in need thereof, comprising: administering the compound or the pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof as claimed in claim 1 to the subject.

11. The method as claimed in claim 10 , wherein, the breast cancer is estrogen receptor positive breast cancer.
