Abstract

The present disclosures are directed to chlorinated tetralin compounds and pharmaceutical compositions.

17 . A compound of formula 1:

or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.

18 . A pharmaceutical composition comprising the compound according to claim 17 .

19 . A pharmaceutical composition comprising nirogacestat or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof and the compound according to claim 17 .

20 . The pharmaceutical composition of claim 19 wherein the compound of Formula IB or pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof in the pharmaceutical composition is present in an amount of about 1 μg to about 500 μg.

21 . The pharmaceutical composition of claim 19 wherein the compound of Formula IB or pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof in the pharmaceutical composition is present in an amount of about 1 μg to about 300 μg.

22 . The pharmaceutical composition of claim 19 wherein the compound of Formula IB or pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof in the pharmaceutical composition is present in an amount of about 1 μg to about 200 μg.

23 . The pharmaceutical composition of claim 19 wherein the compound of Formula IB or pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof in the pharmaceutical composition is present in an amount of about 1 μg to about 100 μg.

24 . A method of treating a desmoid tumor comprising administering to a patient in need thereof a composition according to claim 19 .

25 . A method of treating a desmoid tumor comprising administering to a patient in need thereof a composition according to claim 21 .

26 . A method of treating multiple myeloma comprising administering to a patient in need thereof a composition according to claim 19 .

27 . A method of treating multiple myeloma comprising administering to a patient in need thereof a composition according to claim 21 .

28 . The method of claim 24 wherein the pharmaceutical composition comprises 50 mg nirogacestat or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.

29 . The method of claim 25 wherein the pharmaceutical composition comprises 50 mg nirogacestat or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.

30 . The method of claim 26 wherein the pharmaceutical composition comprises 50 mg nirogacestat or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.

31 . The method of claim 27 wherein the pharmaceutical composition comprises 50 mg nirogacestat or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.
