Abstract

Systems and methods for executing a batch of electronic transactions. One method may include: receiving, at a user interface of an information handling device associated with the real time transaction system, a selection to import a transaction file, wherein the transaction file comprises a listing of a plurality of transaction requests; identifying, via analysis of the transaction file, one or more characteristics associated with each of the plurality of transaction requests in the listing; determining, based on the identified one or more characteristics, whether a subset of the plurality of transaction requests are deficient; isolating, responsive to the determining, the subset from a remainder of the plurality of transaction requests; and facilitating, responsive to receiving user authorization input, a transaction process for each of the plurality of transaction requests in the remainder.

Claims (49)

1 . A method of executing a batch of electronic transactions by a real-time transaction system, the method comprising:

facilitating, responsive to receiving a user command, an import process of a transaction file to an application platform associated with the real time transaction system, wherein the transaction file comprises a listing of a plurality of transaction requests;

identifying, during the import process, that a subset of the plurality of transaction requests are determined to contain a deficiency; and

presenting, subsequent to the identifying and on a user interface of the application platform, an indication of the results of the import process.

2 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the presenting the indication comprises displaying an import results page.

3 . The method of claim 2 , wherein the import results page comprises an import summary section comprising information that indicates: a total number of the plurality of transaction requests in the transaction file, a successful number of imported transaction requests from the total number of the plurality of transaction requests; and a failed number of transaction requests from the total number of the plurality of transaction.

4 . The method of claim 3 , further comprising presenting, responsive to receiving user interaction input with an icon positioned in a tab containing the failed number of transaction requests from the total number of the plurality of transaction requests, a deficient accounts table comprising information that identifies: a row location in the transaction file where an error in each of the subset of the plurality of transaction requests is located and an error description explaining the error.

5 . The method of claim 2 , wherein the imports results page comprises a payment bundle section comprising one or more payment bundle groups;

wherein each of the one or more payment bundle groups comprises a portion of a successful number of imported transaction requests from the total number of the plurality of transaction requests;

wherein each of the portion of the successful number of imported transaction requests share a receiving currency type.

6 . The method of claim 5 , wherein each of the one or more payment bundle groups comprises an indication of: a number of the successful number of imported transaction requests, a designation of the receiving currency type, and a total transaction amount of the number of the successful number of imported transaction requests.

7 . The method of claim 5 , further comprising:

ascertaining a real-time exchange rate for each of the one or more payment bundle groups;

presenting an indication of a predetermined period of time that the real-time exchange rate is valid for each of the one or more payment bundle groups;

determining whether user authorization input to execute the batch of electronic transaction is received within the predetermined period of time; and

providing, responsive to determining that the user authorization input was not received within the predetermined period time and upon refresh of the application platform; an updated real-time exchange for each of the one or more payment bundle groups.

8 . A real-time transaction system, comprising:

one or more computer readable media storing instructions for executing a batch of electronic transactions; and

one or more processors configured to execute the instructions to perform operations comprising:

facilitating, responsive to receiving a user command, an import process of a transaction file to an application platform associated with the real time transaction system, wherein the transaction file comprises a listing of a plurality of transaction requests;

identifying, during the import process, that a subset of the plurality of transaction requests are determined to contain a deficiency; and

presenting, subsequent to the identifying and on a user interface of the application platform, an indication of the results of the import process.

9 . The real-time transaction system of claim 8 , wherein the presenting the indication comprises displaying an import results page.

10 . The real-time transaction system of claim 9 , wherein the import results page comprises an import summary section comprising information that indicates: a total number of the plurality of transaction requests in the transaction file, a successful number of imported transaction requests from the total number of the plurality of transaction requests; and a failed number of transaction requests from the total number of the plurality of transaction.

11 . The real-time transaction system of claim 10 , further comprising presenting, responsive to receiving user interaction input with an icon positioned in a tab containing the failed number of transaction requests from the total number of the plurality of transaction requests, a deficient accounts table comprising information that identifies: a row location in the transaction file where an error in each of the subset of the plurality of transaction requests is located and an error description explaining the error.

12 . The real-time transaction system of claim 9 , wherein the imports results page comprises a payment bundle section comprising one or more payment bundle groups;

wherein each of the one or more payment bundle groups comprises a portion of a successful number of imported transaction requests from the total number of the plurality of transaction requests;

wherein each of the portion of the successful number of imported transaction requests share a receiving currency type.

13 . The real-time transaction system of claim 12 , wherein each of the one or more payment bundle groups comprises an indication of: a number of the successful number of imported transaction requests, a designation of the receiving currency type, and a total transaction amount of the number of the successful number of imported transaction requests.

14 . The real-time transaction system of claim 12 , further comprising:

ascertaining a real-time exchange rate for each of the one or more payment bundle groups;

presenting an indication of a predetermined period of time that the real-time exchange rate is valid for each of the one or more payment bundle groups;

determining whether user authorization input to execute the batch of electronic transaction is received within the predetermined period of time; and

providing, responsive to determining that the user authorization input was not received within the predetermined period time and upon refresh of the application platform; an updated real-time exchange for each of the one or more payment bundle groups.

15 . A non-transitory computer-readable medium storing instructions for executing a batch of electronic transactions, the instructions, when executed by one or more processors, causing the one or more processors to perform operations, comprising:

facilitating, responsive to receiving a user command, an import process of a transaction file to an application platform associated with the real time transaction system, wherein the transaction file comprises a listing of a plurality of transaction requests;

identifying, during the import process, that a subset of the plurality of transaction requests are determined to contain a deficiency; and

presenting, subsequent to the identifying and on a user interface of the application platform, an indication of the results of the import process.

16 . The non-transitory computer-readable medium of claim 15 , wherein the presenting the indication comprises displaying an import results page.

17 . The non-transitory computer-readable medium of claim 16 , wherein the import results page comprises an import summary section comprising information that indicates: a total number of the plurality of transaction requests in the transaction file, a successful number of imported transaction requests from the total number of the plurality of transaction requests; and a failed number of transaction requests from the total number of the plurality of transaction.

18 . The non-transitory computer-readable medium of claim 16 , wherein the imports results page comprises a payment bundle section comprising one or more payment bundle groups;

wherein each of the one or more payment bundle groups comprises a portion of a successful number of imported transaction requests from the total number of the plurality of transaction requests;

wherein each of the portion of the successful number of imported transaction requests share a receiving currency type.

19 . The non-transitory computer-readable medium of claim 18 , wherein each of the one or more payment bundle groups comprises an indication of: a number of the successful number of imported transaction requests, a designation of the receiving currency type, and a total transaction amount of the number of the successful number of imported transaction requests.

20 . The non-transitory computer-readable medium of claim 18 , further comprising:

ascertaining a real-time exchange rate for each of the one or more payment bundle groups;

presenting an indication of a predetermined period of time that the real-time exchange rate is valid for each of the one or more payment bundle groups;

determining whether user authorization input to execute the batch of electronic transaction is received within the predetermined period of time; and

providing, responsive to determining that the user authorization input was not received within the predetermined period time and upon refresh of the application platform; an updated real-time exchange for each of the one or more payment bundle groups.
