Abstract

A vehicle-body front structure includes a partition wall portion which is provided to extend in a vehicle width direction in a vehicle front portion, a motor arrangement portion which is formed by causing a part of the partition wall portion to bulge to an inside of a vehicle cabin and in which at least a part of a traveling motor is capable of being arranged, and a reinforcement member which extends from the motor arrangement portion to vehicle rear. A rear portion of the reinforcement member is mounted on a inside-unit member which is provided in the battery unit.

Claims (47)

1 . A vehicle-body front structure for an electric vehicle which includes a traveling motor and a battery compartment including a battery supplying electric power to the traveling motor, and the vehicle-body front structure is located below a floor panel, the vehicle-body front structure comprising:

a partition wall portion that extends in a vehicle width direction in a vehicle front portion and separates a vehicle cabin inside space from the vehicle front portion;

a motor arrangement portion having a vehicle width direction intermediate portion that bulges to an inside of a vehicle cabin, the vehicle width direction intermediate portion has a convex shape in a plan view and a side view, and at least a part of the traveling motor that is installed on an outside of the vehicle cabin inside space is arranged on the motor arrangement portion; and

a reinforcement structure which extends from the motor arrangement portion toward a rear of the electric vehicle, wherein

a rear portion of the reinforcement structure is mounted on an inside-casing structure which is located in the battery compartment.

2 . The vehicle-body front structure according to claim 1 , wherein

the inside-casing structure includes a first structure which extends in a vehicle front-rear direction and a second structure which extends in the vehicle width direction, and

the rear portion of the reinforcement structure is mounted on an intersecting portion between the first structure and the second structure.

3 . The vehicle-body front structure according to claim 2 , wherein

the battery compartment has a rack frame which is formed to surround the battery,

the first structure and the second structure are located in the rack frame, and

the first structure and the second structure are fixed to the rack frame.

4 . The vehicle-body front structure according to claim 3 , comprising

a cross structure which is fixed to the floor panel on a vehicle rear side of the motor arrangement portion and extends in the vehicle width direction, wherein

the rear portion of the reinforcement structure abuts the cross structure at a front side of the cross structure.

5 . The vehicle-body front structure according to claim 4 , wherein

the rear portion of the reinforcement structure and the inside-casing structure are fastened together by a fastening structure.

6 . The vehicle-body front structure according to claim 5 , wherein

the rear portion of the reinforcement structure is mounted on the floor panel.

7 . The vehicle-body front structure according to claim 1 , comprising

a cross structure which is fixed to the floor panel on a vehicle rear side of the motor arrangement portion and extends in the vehicle width direction, wherein

the rear portion of the reinforcement structure abuts the cross structure at a front side of the cross structure.

8 . The vehicle-body front structure according to claim 1 , wherein

the rear portion of the reinforcement structure and the inside-casing structure are fastened together by a fastening structure.

9 . The vehicle-body front structure according to claim 1 , wherein

the rear portion of the reinforcement structure is mounted on the floor panel.

10 . The vehicle-body front structure according to claim 2 , comprising

a cross structure which is fixed to the floor panel on a vehicle rear side of the motor arrangement portion and extends in the vehicle width direction, wherein

the rear portion of the reinforcement structure abuts the cross structure at a front side of the cross structure.

11 . The vehicle-body front structure according to claim 2 , wherein

the rear portion of the reinforcement structure and the inside-casing structure are fastened together by a fastening structure.

12 . The vehicle-body front structure according to claim 2 , wherein

the rear portion of the reinforcement structure is mounted on the floor panel.

13 . The vehicle-body front structure according to claim 3 , wherein

the rear portion of the reinforcement structure and the inside-casing structure are fastened together by a fastening structure.

14 . The vehicle-body front structure according to claim 3 , wherein

the rear portion of the reinforcement structure is mounted on the floor panel.

15 . The vehicle-body front structure according to claim 4 , wherein

the rear portion of the reinforcement structure is mounted on the floor panel.

16 . The vehicle-body front structure according to claim 1 , wherein

the inside-casing structure includes a first structure which extends in a vehicle front-rear direction and a second structure which extends in the vehicle width direction.

17 . The vehicle-body front structure according to claim 1 , wherein

the inside-casing structure includes a first structure which extends in a vehicle front-rear direction.

18 . The vehicle-body front structure according to claim 2 , wherein the battery compartment has a rack frame which is formed to surround the battery.

19 . The vehicle-body front structure according to claim 2 , wherein

the battery compartment has a rack frame which is formed to surround the battery, and

the first structure and the second structure are located in the rack frame.
