A new and distinct cultivar of Bidens plant named ‘Balbidbador’, characterized by its double-type, dark red-orange and yellow-orange bicolored inflorescences, medium green-colored foliage, and moderately vigorous, compact, semi-upright growth habit, is disclosed.
