Abstract

Embodiments provided herein relate to methods and compositions for immunological analysis. Some embodiments relate to methods and compositions for characterizing a sample by identifying the TCR alpha chain or beta chain of a T cell.

Claims (4)

1 . A method of immunological analysis, comprising:

contacting a first mRNA encoding a TCR alpha chain or beta chain in the sample with a first agent comprising a first target-specific region and a first stochastic region;

hybridizing a second mRNA encoding a TCR alpha chain or beta chain in the sample with a second oligonucleotide comprising a second target-specific region and a second stochastic region; and

identifying the sequences of the first mRNA and the second mRNA.
