Abstract

A display device includes: a substrate; a metal layer disposed on the substrate; an insulating layer disposed on the metal layer; and a first light emitting diode including a first electrode disposed on the metal layer, wherein a via hole passes through the insulating layer, the first electrode electrically connects to the metal layer through the via hole, and an outline of the via hole includes an arc edge.

Claims (11)

1. A display device, comprising:

a substrate;

a metal layer disposed on the substrate;

an insulating layer disposed on the metal layer; and

a first light emitting diode comprising a first electrode disposed on the metal layer,

wherein a via hole passes through the insulating layer, the first electrode electrically connects to the metal layer through the via hole, and an outline of the via hole comprises an arc edge.

The display device of claim 1 , wherein the metal layer comprises a data line having a data-line-extension direction, a first length is a minimum distance between the outline and an adjacent edge of the first electrode along the data-line-extension direction, a second length is a minimum distance between the outline and an adjacent edge of the first electrode along a direction perpendicular to the data-line-extension direction, and the first length is different from the second length.

3. The display device of claim 1 , wherein the metal layer comprises a data line, and part of the first electrode of the first light emitting diode extends into the via hole not overlapping the data line.

The display device of claim 1 , further comprising a second light emitting diode comprising another first electrode, wherein the metal layer comprises a data line and another data line, the first electrode partially overlaps the data line, and the another first electrode partially overlaps the another data line.

5. The display device of claim 4 , wherein part of the another first electrode of the second light emitting diode extends into another via hole, and a virtual line perpendicular the data line overlaps the via hole and the another via hole.

6. The display device of claim 5 , wherein the first light emitting diode comprises a first light emitting region, the second light emitting diode comprises a second light emitting region, and the first light emitting region and the second light emitting region are respectively disposed at two sides of the virtual line.
