Abstract

The present disclosure provides a water drainage system comprising: a plurality of lengths of drain pipe comprising a channel and a vertical wall, wherein (i) the vertical wall comprises one or more standoffs extending horizontally from the vertical wall and (ii) wherein the drain pipe comprises a top edge and a bottom edge, each of the top and bottom edges being bifurcated by a v-shaped notch.

Claims (17)

. A water drainage system comprising a plurality of drain pipes, wherein at least two (2) respective drain pipes are connected to one another via a clip positioned at ends of the at least two (2) respective drain pipes, and wherein: (i) the drain pipes comprise a top edge and a bottom edge, wherein top edge and the bottom edge of the drain pipes comprise a v-shaped notch, and wherein a portion of the clip is disposed within either of the v-shaped notches formed on the drain pipes and (ii) the drain pipes comprise a channel and a vertical wall, wherein the vertical wall comprises one or more standoffs extending from the vertical wall.

. The water drainage system of claim 1 wherein the one or more standoffs are in at least two (2) vertically displaced rows.

. The water drainage system of claim 1 wherein the one or more standoffs are not continuous along a length of drain pipe.

. The water drainage system of claim 2 wherein the one or more standoffs are not continuous along a length of drain pipe.

. The water drainage system of claim 1 wherein the clip is glued to the ends of the at least two (2) respective drain pipes.

. The water drainage system of claim 1 wherein at least one drain pipe comprises an inspection port.

. The water drainage system of claim 5 wherein the at least two (2) respective drain pipes comprise an inspection port.

. The water drainage system of claim 1 wherein the plurality of drain pipes are formed from extruded PVC.

. The water drainage system of claim 1 wherein the clip is secured to the at least two (2) respective drain pipes via a frictional fit.

. The water drainage system of claim 2 wherein the clip is secured to the at least two (2) respective drain pipes via a frictional fit.

. The water drainage system of claim 6 wherein the clip is secured to the at least two (2) respective drain pipes via a frictional fit.

. The water drainage system of claim 9 wherein the at least two (2) respective drain pipes are formed from extruded PVC.

. The water drainage system of claim 1 wherein at least two other of the plurality of drain pipes are connected to one another via a corner piece having one or more outer walls with one or more corner standoffs.

. The water drainage system of claim 13 wherein the one or more corner standoffs maintain the one or more outer walls at a substantially similar distance from one or more room walls as the one or more standoffs of the at least two (2) respective drain pipes maintains the vertical wall of the at least two (2) respective drain pipes from the one or more room walls.

. The water drainage system of claim 13 wherein the one or more outer walls extend upwardly a distance generally equal to a distance of the vertical wall of the at least two (2) respective drain pipes.

. The water drainage system of claim 13 , wherein the corner piece further comprises an inner corner extending downwardly from a surface extending between the one or more outer walls and the inner corner, wherein the inner corner is adjacent to a vertical inner edge of the at least to other drain pipes.

. The water drainage system of claim 1 further comprising an outlet that clips onto at least one of the plurality of drain pipes, the outlet having an opening for water to exit, wherein at least a portion of the opening is located below the bottom edge of the at least one of the plurality of drain pipes to which the outlet is clipped.
