Abstract

Embodiments of this application provide a testing apparatus, configured to test a battery and including a test body and a first door body. The test body may include an accommodating cavity for accommodating the battery, and an opening. The opening may communicate with the accommodating cavity, and the first door body may be connected to the opening and capable of moving relative to the opening. The first door body may have a first state and a second state; in the first state, the first door body may block a part of the opening; and in the second state, the first door body may seal the opening.

Claims (25)

1 . A testing apparatus, configured to test a battery and characterized by comprising:

a test body, comprising an accommodating cavity for accommodating the battery, and an opening, wherein the opening communicates with the accommodating cavity; and

a first door body, connected to the opening and capable of moving relative to the opening, wherein the first door body has a first state and a second state, wherein

in the first state, the first door body seals a part of the opening; and

in the second state, the first door body avoids the opening,

wherein the opening further comprises a side edge connected to a bottom edge, and the first door body is rotatably connected to the side edge, and

the side edge comprises a first side edge and a second side edge correspondingly disposed on two sides of the bottom edge along a first direction, the first door body comprises a first portion and a second portion, the first portion is rotatably connected to the first side edge, the second portion is rotatably connected to the second side edge, and the first direction is perpendicular to the vertical direction.

2 . The testing apparatus according to claim 1 , wherein the opening comprises the bottom edge located at a bottom end of the opening along a vertical direction, the first door body abuts against the bottom edge, and in the first state, the first door body seals a bottom of the opening.

3 . The testing apparatus according to claim 1 , wherein the testing apparatus further comprises a second door body, the second door body is disposed on a side of the first door body farther away from the accommodating cavity, and the second door body is configured to seal the opening.

4 . The testing apparatus according to claim 1 , wherein the first portion and the second portion in the second state are rotated to reach a side farther away from the accommodating cavity.

5 . The testing apparatus according to claim 1 , wherein the first door body further comprises a fastener to fasten the first portion to the second portion in the first state.

6 . The testing apparatus according to claim 5 , wherein the fastener comprises a fastening hook and a fastening rod, a plurality of fastening hooks are disposed, the plurality of fastening hooks are respectively disposed on the first portion and the second portion, and the fastening rod fits the fastening hook and is able to be accommodated in the plurality of fastening hooks.

7 . The testing apparatus according to claim 5 , wherein the first door body further comprises a restraint structure to fasten the first door body to the opening in the first state.

8 . The testing apparatus according to claim 7 , characterized in that the restraint structure comprises a restraint pin and a restraint trough, the restraint pin is disposed on the first door body and is movable relative to the first door body, the restraint pin fits the restraint trough and is able to move into the restraint trough, and the restraint trough is disposed on the bottom edge.

9 . The testing apparatus according to claim 7 , wherein at least two restraint structures are disposed, and the two restraint structures are respectively disposed on the first portion and the second portion.

10 . The testing apparatus according to claim 7 , wherein the restraint structure is disposed on a side, closer to the bottom edge, of the first door body, and the fastener is disposed on a side, farther away from the bottom edge, of the first door body.

11 . The testing apparatus according to claim 1 , wherein the testing apparatus further comprises a bulge structure circumferentially disposed around the opening, so that the first door body abuts against the bulge structure by reducing an area of the opening.

12 . The testing apparatus according to claim 11 , wherein the testing apparatus further comprises a sealing assembly, wherein the sealing assembly is disposed on a side, closer to the accommodating cavity, of the bulge structure, fits the first door body, and is able to abut against an edge on a side, closer to the accommodating cavity, of the first door body in the first state.

13 . The testing apparatus according to claim 12 , wherein the sealing assembly comprises a bottom rod and upright rods on two sides of the bottom rod along the first direction, a bottom of the upright rod is connected to a top of the bottom rod, and the bottom rod is disposed on a side, closer to the bottom edge, of the accommodating cavity, and is connected to a side, closer to the accommodating cavity, of the bulge structure; and

in the first state, a side, farther away from the accommodating cavity, of the bottom rod abuts against the bottom of the first door body, and sides, farther away from the accommodating cavity, of the two upright rods abut against two sides of the first door body respectively along the first direction.

14 . The testing apparatus according to claim 1 , wherein the testing apparatus further comprises a fire extinguisher to spray a fire extinguishing liquid into the accommodating cavity.

15 . The testing apparatus according to claim 2 , wherein a dimension of the first door body is greater than a dimension of the battery along the vertical direction.
