Abstract

Claims (54)

1. A system for performing transactions of tokenized securities, comprising:

a platform including a server in network-based communication with a plurality of user devices;

wherein the platform is operable to process and execute transactions of tokenized securities;

wherein the platform includes a plurality of user profiles, one or more of which are associated with one or more financial accounts;

wherein the platform receives a representation request from at least one first user profile designating at least one second user profile;

wherein the platform receives a registration message from the at least one second user profile designating at least one supervisor and/or at least one firm with the at least one second user profile is affiliated;

wherein the platform transmits an approval message to at least one user profile corresponding to the at least one designated supervisor and/or the at least one designated firm;

wherein, upon receiving an affirmative response to the approval message from the at least one user profile corresponding to the at least one designated supervisor and/or the at least one designated firm, the platform automatically adds the at least one second user profile to a whitelist of registered brokers and/or financial advisors;

wherein the representation request includes permission for the at least one second user profile to buy or sell assets on behalf of the at least one first user profile and one or more payment terms;

wherein the platform automatically generates at least one contract between the at least one first user profile and the at least one second user profile based on the one or more payment terms;

wherein the platform automatically transfers funds from at least one financial account associated with the at least one first user profile to at least one financial account associated with the at least one second user profile based on the one or more payment terms; and

wherein the at least one second user profile sends a suggestion message to the at least one first user profile, wherein the suggestion message includes a recommendation to buy or sell one or more tokenized securities; and

wherein the suggestion message is recorded on at least one immutable ledger;

wherein the at least one first user profile does not accept or wherein the at least one first user profile rejects the suggestion message;

wherein the at least one first user profile buys or sells the one or more tokenized securities in accordance with the recommendation, causing the platform to automatically transfer funds from the at least one financial account associated with the at least one first user profile to the at least one financial account associated with the at least one second user profile.

2. The system of claim 1 , wherein, upon receiving acceptance of the recommendation from the at least one first user profile, the platform enables the at least one second user profile to buy or sell the one or more tokenized securities on behalf of the at least one first user profile.

3. The system of claim 1 , wherein the one or more payment terms include a payment frequency, a payment period, a payment fee scheme, a minimum required payment, a maximum required payment, and/or one or more payment methods.

4. The system of claim 1 , wherein the at least one second user profile is unable to buy or sell assets on behalf of the at least one first user profile without first transmitting a recommendation to the at least one first user profile and receiving an acceptance of the recommendation.

5. The system of claim 1 , wherein the representation request further includes one or more specific tokenized securities that the at least one second user profile is unable to trade on behalf of the at least one first user profile.

6. The system of claim 1 , wherein the platform is operable to automatically generate one or more trade reports for the at least one second user profile.

7. A system for performing transactions of tokenized securities, comprising:

a platform including a server in network-based communication with a plurality of user devices;

wherein the platform is operable to process and execute transactions of tokenized securities;

wherein the platform includes a plurality of user profiles, one or more of which are associated with one or more financial accounts;

wherein the platform receives an advisor designation request from at least one first user profile designating at least one second user profile;

wherein the platform receives a registration message from the at least one second user profile designating at least one supervisor and/or at least one firm with the at least one second user profile is affiliated;

wherein the platform transmits an approval message to at least one user profile corresponding to the at least one designated supervisor and/or the at least one designated firm;

wherein, upon receiving an affirmative response to the approval message from the at least one user profile corresponding to the at least one designated supervisor and/or the at least one designated firm, the platform automatically adds the at least one second user profile to a whitelist of registered financial advisors;

wherein the advisor designation request includes permission for the at least one second user profile to view the assets held by the at least one first user profile and one or more payment terms;

wherein the at least one second user profile transmits at least one suggestion message to the at least one first user profile including a recommendation to buy or sell one or more tokenized securities;

wherein the suggestion message is recorded on at least one immutable ledger;

wherein the at least one first user profile accepting the at least one suggestion message causes the platform to automatically transfer funds from at least one financial account associated with the at least one first user profile to at least one financial account associated with the at least one second user profile;

wherein the platform automatically generates at least one contract between the at least one first user profile and the at least one second user profile based on the one or more payment terms; and

wherein the at least one first user profile not accepting the at least one suggestion message and subsequently buying or selling the one or more tokenized securities in accordance with the recommendation causes the platform to automatically transfer funds from the at least one financial account associated with the at least one first user profile to the at least one financial account associated with the at least one second user profile.

8. The system of claim 7 , wherein the one or more payment terms include a payment frequency, a payment period, a payment fee scheme, a minimum required payment, a maximum required payment, and/or one or more payment methods.

9. The system of claim 7 , wherein the advisor designation request further includes one or more specific tokenized securities that the at least one second user profile is unable to recommend to the at least one first user profile.

10. The system of claim 7 , wherein the platform automatically generates at least one contract between the at least one first user profile and the at least one second user profile based on the one or more payment terms.

11. The system of claim 7 , wherein trades of the tokenized securities on the platform are recorded on the at least one immutable ledger.

The system of claim 7 , wherein the platform only automatically transfers funds from the at least one financial account associated with the at least one first user profile to the at least one financial account associated with the at least one second user profile upon the at least one first user profile buying or selling the one or more tokenized securities in accordance with the recommendation if the buying or selling occurs within a preset time period after the at least one suggestion message was sent.

13. A system for performing transactions of tokenized securities, comprising:

a platform including a server in network-based communication with a plurality of user devices;

wherein the platform is operable to process and execute transactions of tokenized securities;

wherein the platform includes a plurality of user profiles, one or more of which are associated with one or more financial accounts;

wherein the platform receives a permission access request from at least one first user profile designating at least one second user profile;

wherein the platform receives a registration message from the at least one second user profile designating at least one supervisor and/or at least one firm with the at least one second user profile is affiliated;

wherein the platform transmits an approval message to at least one user profile corresponding to the at least one designated supervisor and/or the at least one designated firm;

wherein, upon receiving an affirmative response to the approval message from the at least one user profile corresponding to the at least one designated supervisor and/or the at least one designated firm, the platform automatically adds the at least one second user profile to a whitelist of registered brokers and/or financial advisors;

wherein the advisor designation request includes a permission for the at least one second user profile to view the assets held by the at least one first user profile and/or a permission for the at least one second user profile to buy and sell assets on behalf of the at least one first user profile and one or more payment terms;

wherein the at least one second user profile transmits at least one suggestion message to the at least one first user profile including a recommendation to buy or sell one or more tokenized securities;

wherein the suggestion message is recorded on at least one immutable ledger; and

wherein the at least one first user profile accepts the at least one suggestion message, and the platform automatically transfers funds from at least one financial account associated with the at least one first user profile to at least one financial account associated with the at least one second user profile.

14. The system of claim 13 , wherein the one or more payment terms include a payment frequency, a payment period, a payment fee scheme, a minimum required payment, a maximum required payment, and/or one or more payment methods.

15. The system of claim 13 , wherein the permission access request further includes one or more specific tokenized securities that the at least one second user profile is unable to recommend to the at least one first user profile.

16. The system of claim 13 , wherein trades of the tokenized securities on the platform are recorded on the at least one immutable ledger.
