Abstract

The present disclosures are directed to chlorinated tetralin compounds and pharmaceutical compositions.

Claims (20)

1. A method of treating a desmoid tumor in a patient in need thereof comprising administering to the patient a pharmaceutical composition comprising a compound of Formula IC

or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.

2. The method of claim 1 , wherein the compound of Formula IC or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof in the pharmaceutical composition is present in an amount of about 1 μg to about 200 μg.

3. The method of claim 1 , wherein the compound of Formula IC or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof in the pharmaceutical composition is present in an amount of about 1 μg to about 150 μg.

4. The method of claim 1 , wherein the compound of Formula IC or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof in the pharmaceutical composition is present in an amount of about 1 μg to about 100 μg.

5. The method of claim 1 , wherein the compound of Formula IC or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof in the pharmaceutical composition is present in an amount of about 1 μg to about 50 μg.

6. The method of claim 1 , wherein the compound of Formula IC is present in an amount of about 10 μg to about 50 μg.

7. The method of claim 1 , wherein the pharmaceutical composition further comprises nirogacestat or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.

8. The method of claim 7 , wherein the compound of Formula IC or pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof in the pharmaceutical composition is present in an amount of about 1 μg to about 200 μg.

9. The method of claim 8 , wherein the pharmaceutical composition comprises 50 mg nirogacestat or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.

10. The method of claim 7 , wherein the compound of Formula IC or pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof in the pharmaceutical composition is present in an amount of about 1 μg to about 150 μg.

11. The method of claim 10 , wherein the pharmaceutical composition comprises 50 mg nirogacestat or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.

12. The method of claim 7 , wherein the compound of Formula IC or pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof in the pharmaceutical composition is present in an amount of about 1 μg to about 100 μg.

13. The method of claim 12 , wherein the pharmaceutical composition comprises 50 mg nirogacestat or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.

14. The method of claim 7 , wherein the compound of Formula IC or pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof in the pharmaceutical composition is present in an amount of about 1 μg to about 50 μg.

15. The method of claim 14 , wherein the pharmaceutical composition comprises 50 mg nirogacestat or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.

16. The method of claim 7 , wherein the compound of Formula IC or pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof in the pharmaceutical composition is present in an amount of about 10 μg to about 50 μg.

17. The method of claim 16 , wherein the pharmaceutical composition comprises 50 mg nirogacestat or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.

18. The method of claim 8 , wherein the pharmaceutical composition comprises 100 mg nirogacestat or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.

19. The method of claim 8 , wherein the pharmaceutical composition comprises 150 mg nirogacestat or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.
