SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR RESOLVING ONE OR MORE ISSUES RELATED TO AN APPLICATION
Method and System for resolving one or more issues related to an application are disclosed. The method includes receiving one or more inputs from a customer, where the one or more inputs are related to the application and identifying a context of the received one or more inputs. The method further includes executing at least one operation for the application based on the identified context.
1 . A method for resolving one or more issues related to an application, the method comprises:
receiving one or more inputs from a customer;
identifying a context of the received one or more inputs; and
executing at least one operation for the application based on the identified context.
2 . The method of claim 1 , wherein identifying the context of the received one or more inputs includes:
encoding the one or more inputs to obtain an encoded vectorial representation of the one or more inputs;
computing a cosine similarity index between the encoded vectorial representation of the one or more inputs and each of a plurality of standard vectorial representations to obtain a score against each of one or more categories, wherein each of the one or more categories corresponding to each of the plurality of standard vectorial representations; and
identifying the context of the received one or more inputs based on the obtained score.
3 . The method of claim 2 , wherein the one or more categories include at least one of a general query, an addition of a new feature, a removal of an already existing feature, and an upload/retrieval of a document.
4 . The method of claim 3 , when the context of the received one or more inputs is identified as the general query, executing the at least one operation for the application comprises generating one or more responses by processing the general query to an NLP model.
5 . The method of claim 3 , when the context of the received one or more inputs is identified as the addition of the new feature, executing the at least one operation for the application comprises:
estimating a commonality score between each feature included in each of the one or more applications and the new feature;
retrieving a resource allotted for the feature having highest commonality score with the new features; and
assigning the new feature to the resource.
6 . The method of claim 3 , when the context of the received one or more inputs is identified as the removal of the already existing feature, executing the at least one operation for the application comprises:
estimating a development score for the feature to be removed;
re-assigning the resources allocated for the development of the application based on the development score; and
removing the already existing feature in a list of features associated with the development of the application.
7 . The method of claim 3 , when the context of the received one or more inputs is identified as the upload and/or retrieval of a document, executing the at least one operation for the application comprises:
navigating to a webpage, wherein the webpage includes a list of documents available and an icon to upload new documents; and
performing at least one of retrieval of an existing document and uploading of the new documents, wherein the at least one document includes at least one of an invoice document, a contract document, and a receipt document.
8 . A system to resolve one or more issues related to an application, the system comprises:
a memory; and
a processor coupled to the memory and configured to:
receive one or more inputs from a customer;
identify a context of the received one or more inputs; and
execute at least one operation for the application based on the identified context.
9 . The system of claim 8 , wherein to identify the context of the received one or more inputs, the processor is configured to:
encode the one or more inputs to obtain an encoded vectorial representation of the one or more inputs;
compute a cosine similarity index between the encoded vectorial representation of the one or more inputs and each of a plurality of standard vectorial representations to obtain a score against each of one or more categories, wherein each of the one or more categories corresponding to each of the plurality of standard vectorial representations; and
identify the context of the received one or more inputs based on the obtained score.
10 . The system of claim 9 , wherein the one or more categories include at least one of a general query, an addition of a new feature, a removal of an already existing feature, and an upload/retrieval of a document.
11 . The system of claim 10 , when the context of the received one or more inputs is identified as the general query, the processor is configured to execute the at least one operation for the application that include generate one or more responses by processing the general query to an NLP model.
12 . The system of claim 10 , when the context of the received one or more inputs is identified as the addition of the new feature, the processor is configured to execute the at least one operation for the application that include:
estimate a commonality score between each feature included in each of the one or more applications and the new feature;
retrieve a resource allotted for the feature having highest commonality score with the new features; and
assign the new feature to the resource.
13 . The system of claim 10 , when the context of the received one or more inputs is identified as the removal of the already existing feature, the processor is configured to execute the at least one operation for the application that include:
estimating a development score for the feature to be removed;
re-assigning the resources for the development of the application based on the development score; and
removing the already existing feature in the development of the application.
14 . The system of claim 10 , when the context of the received one or more inputs is identified as the upload and/or retrieval of a document, the processor is configured execute the at least one operation for the application that include:
navigating to a webpage, wherein the webpage includes a list of documents available and an icon to upload new documents; and
performing at least one of retrieval of an existing document and uploading of the new documents, wherein the at least one document includes at least one of an invoice document, a contract document, and a receipt document.
15 . A computer readable storage medium having data stored therein representing software executable by a computer, the software comprising instructions that, when executed, cause the computer readable storage medium to perform:
receiving one or more inputs, wherein the one or more inputs are related to the application;
identifying a context of the received one or more inputs; and
executing at least one operation for an application based on the identified context.
16 . The computer readable storage medium of claim 15 , wherein identifying the context of the received one or more inputs includes:
encoding the one or more inputs to obtain an encoded vectorial representation of the one or more inputs;
computing a cosine similarity index between the encoded vectorial representation of the one or more inputs and each of a plurality of standard vectorial representations to obtain a score against each of one or more categories, wherein each of the one or more categories corresponding to each of the plurality of standard vectorial representations; and
identifying the context of the received one or more inputs based on the obtained score.
17 . The computer readable storage medium of claim 16 , wherein the one or more categories include at least one of a general query, an addition of a new feature, a removal of an already existing feature, and an upload/retrieval of a document.
18 . The computer readable storage medium of claim 17 , when the context of the received one or more inputs is identified as the general query, executing the at least one operation for the application comprises generating one or more responses by processing the general query to an NLP model.
19 . The computer readable storage medium of claim 17 , when the context of the received one or more inputs is identified as the addition of the new feature, executing the at least one operation for the application comprises:
estimating a commonality score between each feature included in each of the one or more applications and the new feature;
retrieving a resource allotted for the feature having highest commonality score with the new features; and
assigning the new feature to the resource.
20 . The computer readable storage medium of claim 17 , when the context of the received one or more inputs is identified as the removal of the already existing feature, executing the at least one operation for the application comprises:
estimating a development score for the feature to be removed;
re-assigning the resources for the development of the application based on the development score; and
removing the already existing feature in the development of the application.
