Abstract

An electrolyte includes an electrolytic salt having a molar concentration greater than or equal to 1.4 mol/L and an additive including MSO 3 F (fluorosulfonate salt), where M is one or more metal ions selected from Li + , Na + , K + , Rb + , and Cs + .

Claims (33)

1 . An electrolyte, comprising:

an electrolytic salt; and

an additive;

wherein the electrolytic salt has a concentration greater than or equal to 1.4 mol/L, and the additive comprises a fluorosulfonate salt represented by MSO 3 F, M being one or more selected from Li + , Na + , K + , Rb + , and Cs + .

2 . The electrolyte according to claim 1 , wherein the electrolytic salt has a concentration of 1.7 mol/L to 2.9 mol/L.

The electrolyte according to claim 1 , wherein the electrolytic salt comprises one or more of (My + ) x/y R1(SO 2 N) x SO 2 R2, LiPF 6 , LiBF 4 , LiBOB, LiAsF 6 , LiCF 3 SO 3 , LiFSI, LiTFSI, and LiClO 4 , wherein R1 and R2 each independently represent a fluoroalkyl group having 1 to 20 fluorine and carbon atoms, a fluoroalkoxy group having 1 to 20 carbon atoms, or an alkyl group having 1 to 20 carbon atoms, and x is an integer ranging from 1 to 3.

4 . The electrolyte according to claim 3 , wherein the electrolytic salt comprises one or more of LiFSI, LiTFSI, LiPF 6 , and LiCF 3 SO 2 NSO 2 F.

5 . The electrolyte according to claim 1 , wherein the fluorosulfonate salt comprises one or more of LiSO 3 F, NaSO 3 F, KSO 3 F, CsSO 3 F, and RbSO 3 F.

6 . The electrolyte according to claim 1 , wherein the fluorosulfonate salt has a mass percentage of 0.1 wt % to 5 wt % in the electrolyte.

7 . The electrolyte according to claim 6 , wherein the fluorosulfonate salt has a mass percentage of 0.2 wt % to 4 wt % in the electrolyte.

8 . The electrolyte according to claim 1 , wherein:

the additive further comprises an organic compound film-forming additive and an inorganic salt film-forming additive;

the organic compound film-forming additive comprises one or more of carbonic ester, sulfuric ester, sulfonic ester, phosphoric ester, boric ester, and anhydride; and

the inorganic salt film-forming additive comprises one or more of fluorooxalatoborate salt, difluorophosphate salt, bis(oxyalyl)difluorophosphate salt, and difluorodioxalate salt.

9 . A preparation method of secondary battery, comprising:

providing an electrolyte comprising an electrolytic salt and an additive, wherein the electrolytic salt has a concentration greater than or equal to 1.4 mol/L, and the additive comprises a fluorosulfonate salt represented by MSO 3 F, M being one or more selected from Li + , Na + , K + , Rb + , and Cs + ; and

injecting the electrolyte into a battery.

10 . The preparation method of secondary battery according to claim 9 , wherein:

providing the electrolyte comprises separately preparing a first electrolyte and a second electrolyte, wherein the first electrolyte comprises a first electrolytic salt having a concentration of 0.8 mol/L to 2 mol/L and the second electrolyte comprises a second electrolytic salt having a concentration greater than or equal to 2 mol/L; and

injecting the electrolyte into the battery comprises injecting the first electrolyte into the battery, then adding the additive MSO 3 F, and then injecting the second electrolyte into the battery after a first formation.

11 . The preparation method of secondary battery according to claim 10 , wherein the fluorosulfonate salt has a mass percentage of 0.1 wt % to 5 wt % in the first electrolyte.

12 . The preparation method of secondary battery according to claim 11 , wherein the fluorosulfonate salt has a mass percentage of 0.2 wt % to 4 wt % in the first electrolyte.

The preparation method of secondary battery according to claim 10 , wherein the first electrolytic salt and the second electrolytic salt are each independently one or more selected from (My + ) x/y R1(SO 2 N) x SO 2 R2, LiPF 6 , LiBF 4 , LiBOB, LiAsF 6 , LiCF 3 SO 3 , LiFSI, and LiClO 4 , wherein R1 and R2 each independently represent a fluoroalkyl group having 1 to 20 fluorine and carbon atoms, a fluoroalkoxy group having 1 to 20 carbon atoms, or an alkyl group having 1 to 20 carbon atoms, and x is an integer ranging from 1 to 3.

14 . The preparation method of secondary battery according to claim 13 , wherein the first electrolytic salt and the second electrolytic salt each independently comprise one or more of LiFSI, LiPF 6 , and LiCF 3 SO 2 NSO 2 F.

The preparation method of secondary battery according to claim 10 , wherein the second electrolyte further comprises an additive, and the additive is an organic compound film-forming additive, wherein the organic compound film-forming additive is one or more of carbonic ester, sulfuric ester, sulfonic ester, phosphoric ester, boric ester, and anhydride.

16 . A secondary battery, comprising:

an electrolyte comprising:

an electrolytic salt; and

an additive;

wherein the electrolytic salt has a concentration greater than or equal to 1.4 mol/L, and the additive comprises a fluorosulfonate salt represented by MSO 3 F, M being one or more selected from Li + , Na + , K + , Rb + , and Cs + .

17 . A battery module, comprising the secondary battery according to claim 16 .

18 . A battery pack, comprising the battery module according to claim 17 .

19 . An electric apparatus, comprising the secondary battery according to claim 16 .
