Abstract

A sampling assembly for a battery including at least two battery cells arranged along a first direction, includes a sampling member configured to transmit sample signals and having a lead, a support base configured to provide support between two of the battery cells adjacent along the first direction, a conductive connecting piece provided on the support base and connected to the lead, and a bonding member. One end of the bonding member is for connecting to the conductive connecting piece, and the other end of the bonding member is for connecting to the battery cell to collect sample signals of the battery cell.

Claims (28)

1 . A sampling assembly for a battery, the battery comprising at least two battery cells arranged along a first direction, the sampling assembly comprising:

a sampling member configured to transmit sample signals, the sampling member having a lead;

a support base configured to provide support between two of the battery cells adjacent along the first direction;

a conductive connecting piece, the conductive connecting piece being provided on the support base, and the lead being connected to the conductive connecting piece; and

a bonding member, one end of the bonding member being for connecting to the conductive connecting piece, and another end of the bonding member being for connecting to the battery cell to collect sample signals of the battery cell.

The sampling assembly according to claim 1 , wherein the support base comprises a positioning portion and a support portion, the positioning portion being configured to fit a profile of the battery cell, and the support portion being located between two positioning portions adjacent along the first direction.

3 . The sampling assembly according to claim 2 , wherein the profile of the battery cell comprises a side face of the battery cell and an end face of the battery cell.

4 . The sampling assembly according to claim 2 , wherein the conductive connecting piece is a sheet structure with all parts provided on the support portion.

The sampling assembly according to claim 2 , wherein the conductive connecting piece comprises a first section, a second section, and a third section connected in sequence, the first section and the third section not being coplanar so that the conductive connecting piece has a stepped structure, the lead being connected to the first section, and one end of the bonding member being connected to the third section.

The sampling assembly according to claim 5 , wherein the support base further comprises a spacer, the spacer being provided on a side of the support portion away from the battery cell, and the spacer being configured to space apart the sampling assembly and an adjacent sampling assembly arranged along a second direction.

7 . The sampling assembly according to claim 6 , wherein the third section is fixed to the spacer.

8 . The sampling assembly according to claim 5 , wherein:

the battery cell is provided with a pole protruding from the end face of the battery cell; and

in a case that the support base provides support between the two battery cells adjacent along the first direction, the bonding member has substantially same heights at two ends.

9 . The sampling assembly according to claim 2 , wherein the support portion is an internally hollow trapezoidal block, stiffeners being provided in a cavity of the trapezoidal block.

10 . The sampling assembly according to claim 1 , wherein the conductive connecting piece is provided with a wrapping portion for wrapping at least part of the lead.

11 . The sampling assembly according to claim 1 , further comprising:

a metal gasket, the metal gasket being provided between the conductive connecting piece and the support base.

12 . The sampling assembly according to claim 1 , wherein the support base is made of an insulating material.

13 . A battery, comprising:

at least two battery cells arranged along a first direction; and

the sampling assembly according to claim 1 , wherein the support base provides support between two of the battery cells adjacent along the first direction, and the other end of the bonding member is for connecting to the battery cell.

14 . An electric device, comprising the battery according to claim 13 .

15 . A method for manufacturing a sampling assembly for a battery, the battery comprising at least two battery cells arranged along a first direction, comprising:

providing a sampling member configured to transmit sample signals, the sampling member having a lead;

providing a support base configured to provide support between two of the battery cells adjacent along the first direction;

providing a conductive connecting piece, the conductive connecting piece being provided on the support base, and the lead being connected to the conductive connecting piece; and

providing a bonding member, one end of the bonding member being for connecting to the conductive connecting piece, and another end of the bonding member being for connecting to the battery cell to collect sample signals of the battery cell.
