Abstract

A mobile fluid transfer system. The system includes a fluid evacuation system, a fluid refill system, a sensing system and a control system. The fluid evacuation system comprises a first fluid storage container. The fluid refill system comprises a second fluid storage container. The sensing system is coupled to the fluid evacuation system and the fluid refill system. The control system is coupled to the sensing system, the fluid evacuation system and the fluid refill system. The control system is configured to determine an amount of a first fluid in the first fluid storage container based on a first signal from the sensing system, and determine an amount of a second fluid in the second fluid storage container based on a second signal from the sensing system.

7. The fluid transfer system of claim 5 , wherein the sensing system further comprises at least one of the following:

a fourth sensor configured to measure a first temperature of the first fluid in the first fluid storage container; and

a fifth sensor configured to measure a second temperature of the second fluid in the second fluid storage container.

8. The fluid transfer system of claim 1 , further comprising a rollover protection system, wherein the rollover protection system is configured to prevent the fluid in the first fluid storage container from exiting the fluid storage container when the fluid transfer system is in a non-upright position.

9. The fluid transfer system of claim 1 , further comprising:

a memory communicably coupled to the control circuit, wherein the memory is configured to store a usable capacity of the fluid storage container, and

wherein the calculation of the volume of the fluid within the fluid storage container is further based on the usable capacity of the first fluid storage container.

wherein the work order system is configured to direct the fluid transfer system to a nearest location where the second fluid in the second fluid storage container can be properly disposed.

11. The fluid transfer system of claim 10 , wherein the work order system is configured to:

receive the notification that the calculated volume of the fluid is insufficient to fulfill the work order; and

generate a map comprising a plurality of locations where the fluid transfer system can be serviced based on the notification.

12. The fluid transfer system of claim 4 further comprising a pump operably connected to at least one of the fluid refill system, the fluid evacuation system, and the fluid containment system.

13. A method of servicing a machine via a fluid transfer system comprising a sensing system and a fluid refill system, the method comprising:

receiving, by a control circuit, a work order comprising information to service the machine;
