Abstract

A substrate assembly and a display device are provided. The substrate assembly includes a substrate, a first conductive line, and a second conductive line. The first conductive line is disposed on the substrate, wherein a voltage is applied to the first conductive line. The second conductive line is disposed on the substrate, wherein in a top view, at least a portion of the second conductive line extends along a first direction. The first conductive line and the second conductive line are at least partially overlapped in a normal direction of the substrate. A distance between the first conductive line and the second conductive line in the normal direction is greater than or equal to 3500 angstroms, and less than or equal to 4500 angstroms.

Claims (18)

1. A substrate assembly, comprising:

a substrate;

a first conductive line disposed on the substrate, wherein a voltage is applied to the first conductive line; and

a second conductive line disposed on the substrate, wherein in a top view, at least a portion of the second conductive line extends along a first direction,

wherein the first conductive line and the second conductive line are at least partially overlapped in a normal direction of the substrate,

wherein a distance between the first conductive line and the second conductive line in the normal direction is greater than or equal to 3500 angstroms, and less than or equal to 4500 angstroms.

2. The substrate assembly of claim 1 , further comprising an insulation layer disposed between the first conductive line and the second conductive line.

3. The substrate assembly of claim 2 , wherein a material of the insulation layer comprises silicon oxide, silicon nitride, silicon oxynitride, epoxy, or a combination thereof.

4. The substrate assembly of claim 2 , wherein a thickness of the insulation layer is in a range between 3500 angstroms and 4500 angstroms.

5. The substrate assembly of claim 2 , wherein the at least a portion of the second conductive line extending along the first direction is disposed on the insulating layer.

6. The substrate assembly of claim 1 , wherein a material of the first conductive line comprises Mo, Al, Ti, Cu, or a combination thereof.

7. The substrate assembly of claim 1 , wherein a material of the second conductive line comprises Mo, Al, Ti, Cu, or a combination thereof.

8. The substrate assembly of claim 1 , wherein the first conductive line is a bi-layer structure.

9. The substrate assembly of claim 1 , wherein the second conductive line is a bi-layer structure.

10. The substrate assembly of claim 1 , wherein the second conductive line is a gate line.

11. The substrate assembly of claim 10 , further comprising a transistor electrically connected to the second conductive line.

12. A display device comprising the substrate assembly of claim 1 , wherein the display device is a liquid crystal display device.

13. A display device comprising the substrate assembly of claim 1 , wherein the display device is an organic light emitting diode display device.
