HERBICIDAL MIXTURE, COMPOSITION AND METHOD
Disclosed is a mixture comprising (a) a compound of Formula I and salts thereof wherein A 1 , A 2 , A 3 , R 1 , B 1 , B 2 and B 3 are defined in the disclosure, and (b) 2-pyridinecarboxylic acid, 4-amino-3-chloro-6-(4-chloro-2-fluoro-3-methoxyphenyl)-5-fluoro-, phenylmethyl ester (i.e. florpyrauxifen-benzyl). Also disclosed is a composition comripsing the mixture. Also disclosed is a method of applying the mixture to undesired vegetation comprising contacting the undesired vegetation or its environment with an effective amount of the mixture of the invention.
1 . A mixture comprising (a) a compound of Formula I and salts thereof

A 1 is CCF 3 , A 2 is CH and A 3 is CH; or
A 1 is CH, A 2 is CCF 3 and A 3 is CH; or
A 1 is N, A 2 is CCF 3 and A 3 is CH; or
A 1 is CCH 3 , A 2 is N and A 3 is COCHF 2 ;
R 1 is C 1 -C 4 alkyl;
B 1 is CF, B 2 is CH and B 3 is CH; or
B 1 is CF, B 2 is CF and B 3 is CH; or
B 1 is CF, B 2 is N and B 3 is CF;
and (b) 2-pyridinecarboxylic acid, 4-amino-3-chloro-6-(4-chloro-2-fluoro-3-methoxyphenyl)-5-fluoro-, phenylmethyl ester; of Formula II and salts thereof
2 . The mixture of claim 1 wherein R 1 is methyl, ethyl or propyl.
3 . The mixture of claim 2 wherein R 1 is methyl.
4 . The mixture of claim 1 wherein the weight ratio of (a) to (b) is from about 1:20 to about 56:1.
5 . The mixture of claim 1 wherein the mixture controls the growth of weeds from the genus selected from the group consisting Cyperus, Echinochloa, Heteranthera, Leptochloa and Monochoria.
6 . The mixture of claim 5 wherein the mixture controls the growth of weeds from the genus Cyperus.
7 . The mixture of claim 6 wherein the species is difformis.
8 . The mixture of claim 5 wherein the weeds are growing in Oryza sativa.
9 . The mixture of claim 1 further comprising (c) at least on additional active ingredient.
10 . The mixture of claim 1 and at least one component selected from the group consisting of surfactants, solid diluents and liquid diluents.
11 . A method for controlling the growth of undesired vegetation comprising contacting the vegetation or its environment with a herbicidally effective amount of a mixture of claim 1 .
