Abstract

The disclosure relates to methods, compounds for use and medicaments for the treatment of cancer comprising administering to a subject in need thereof a first agent in a therapeutically effective amount and one or more second agents each in a therapeutically effective amount. In some embodiments, the first agent comprises an EZH2 inhibitor. In certain embodiments, the first agent is tazemetostat or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof and the methods of the disclosure are used to treat lung cancer, e.g., non-small cell lung cancer.

Claims (26)

1 . A method for treatment of non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) comprising administering to a subject in need thereof:

(a) tazemetostat or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, and

(b) decitabine.

20 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the amount of the tazemetostat or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof administered is between about 100 mg and about 1600 mg.

21 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the amount of the tazemetostat or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof administered is about 100 mg, about 200 mg, about 400 mg, about 800 mg, or about 1600 mg.

22 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the amount of the tazemetostat or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof administered is about 800 mg.

23 . The method of claim 22 , wherein the tazemetostat or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof is administered twice per day (BID).

24 . The method of claim 23 , wherein the tazemetostat or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof is administered orally.

25 . The method of claim 24 , wherein the tazemetostat or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof is administered as a capsule or tablet.

26 . A method for treatment of non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) comprising administering to a subject in need thereof:

(a) tazemetostat or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, and

(b) palbociclib.

27 . The method of claim 26 , wherein the amount of the tazemetostat or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof administered is between about 100 mg and about 1600 mg.

28 . The method of claim 26 , wherein the amount of the tazemetostat or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof administered is about 100 mg, about 200 mg, about 400 mg, about 800 mg, or about 1600 mg.

29 . The method of claim 26 , wherein the amount of the tazemetostat or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof administered is about 800 mg.

30 . The method of claim 29 , wherein the tazemetostat or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof is administered twice per day (BID).

31 . The method of claim 30 , wherein the tazemetostat or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof is administered orally.

32 . A method for treatment of non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) comprising administering to a subject in need thereof:

(a) tazemetostat or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, and

(b) trametinib.

33 . The method of claim 32 , wherein the amount of the tazemetostat or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof administered is between about 100 mg and about 1600 mg.

34 . The method of claim 32 , wherein the amount of the tazemetostat or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof administered is about 100 mg, about 200 mg, about 400 mg, about 800 mg, or about 1600 mg.

35 . The method of claim 32 , wherein the amount of the tazemetostat or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof administered is about 800 mg.

36 . The method of claim 35 , wherein the tazemetostat or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof is administered twice per day (BID).

37 . The method of claim 36 , wherein the tazemetostat or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof is administered orally.
