METHODS AND SYSTEMS FOR THERAPY DELIVERY
Techniques disclosed herein relate to therapy delivery. In some embodiments, the techniques may involve determining a modification to therapy information that includes a modified treatment schedule or a modified treatment based on a recommendation of a simulator. The techniques may further involve providing the modification to the therapy information.
1 . A system for therapy delivery, the system comprising:
a delivery device configured to execute therapy information that includes a treatment schedule and one or more treatments; and
processing circuitry communicably coupled to the delivery device, the processing circuitry configured to:
determine a modification to the therapy information that includes a modified treatment schedule or a modified treatment based on a recommendation of a simulator; and
provide the modification to the therapy information.
2 . The system of claim 1 , wherein the simulator is configured to predict glucose information for a patient for a plurality of modifications to the therapy information, and wherein the modification to the therapy information is selected from the plurality of modifications to the therapy information based on the predicted glucose information.
3 . The system of claim 1 , wherein the simulator comprises a patient-specific model, and wherein the modification to the therapy information is determined based on patient data.
4 . The system of claim 1 , wherein to provide the modification to the therapy information, the processing circuitry is configured to output at least one of device settings or instructions to the delivery device for executing the modification to the therapy information.
5 . The system of claim 4 , wherein the processing circuitry is configured to output the at least one of device settings or the instructions to the delivery device for executing the modification to the therapy information responsive to receiving physician approval of the modification to the therapy information.
6 . The system of claim 1 , wherein to provide the modification to the therapy information, the processing circuitry is configured to transmit data indicative of the modification to the therapy information to a healthcare provider device.
7 . The system of claim 1 , wherein to determine the modification to the therapy information, the processing circuitry is configured to determine an initial modification to the therapy information based on the recommendation of the simulator, and wherein the modification to the therapy information is a modified version of the initial modification to the therapy information.
8 . A processor-implemented method for therapy delivery, the method comprising:
determining a modification to therapy information that includes a modified treatment schedule or a modified treatment based on a recommendation of a simulator; and
providing the modification to the therapy information.

The method of claim 8 , wherein the simulator is configured to predict glucose information for a patient for a plurality of modifications to the therapy information, and wherein the modification to the therapy information is selected from the plurality of modifications to the therapy information based on the predicted glucose information.
10 . The method of claim 8 , wherein the simulator comprises a patient-specific model, and wherein the modification to the therapy information is determined based on patient data.
11 . The method of claim 8 , wherein providing the modification to the therapy information comprises outputting at least one of device settings or instructions to a delivery device for executing the modification to the therapy information.
12 . The method of claim 11 , wherein outputting the at least one of device settings or the instructions to the delivery device for executing the modification to the therapy information is responsive to receiving physician approval of the modification to the therapy information.
13 . The method of claim 8 , wherein providing the modification to the therapy information comprises transmitting data indicative of the modification to the therapy information to a healthcare provider device.
14 . The method of claim 8 , wherein determining the modification to the therapy information comprises determining an initial modification to the therapy information based on the recommendation of the simulator, and wherein the modification to the therapy information is a modified version of the initial modification to the therapy information.
15 . A system for therapy delivery, the system comprising:
one or more processors; and
one or more processor-readable storage media storing instructions which, when executed by the one or more processors, cause performance of:
causing a query indicative of a proposed modification to therapy information for a patient that includes a modified treatment schedule or a modified treatment to be presented;
receiving user input responsive to the query; and
causing at least one action to occur based on the user input responsive to the query.

The system of claim 15 , wherein the user input comprises approval of the proposed modification to the therapy information, and wherein the at least one action comprises causing instructions to be transmitted to a delivery device of the patient to implement the proposed modification to the therapy information.
17 . The system of claim 15 , wherein the one or more processors further cause performance of receiving one or more adjustments to the proposed modification to the therapy information, and wherein the at least one action comprises causing instructions to be transmitted to a delivery device of the patient to implement therapy based on the one or more adjustments.
18 . The system of claim 15 , wherein causing the at least one action to occur comprises transmitting data indicative of completion of a healthcare service.
19 . The system of claim 15 , wherein causing the at least one action to occur comprises transmitting data to be included in an invoice for a healthcare service.
20 . The system of claim 19 , wherein the invoice is to be generated based on the transmitted data without further user input.
