Abstract

An electrode plate extension device includes a first roller and a second roller. The first roller includes a first body and a protrusion. The protrusion is provided on an outer peripheral surface of the first body and extends in a circumferential direction of the first body. The second roller includes a second body and a groove. The groove is provided in an outer peripheral surface of the second body and extends in a circumferential direction of the second body. The first roller and the second roller are arranged in parallel, a gap for allowing an electrode plate to pass is formed between the first roller and the second roller, the protrusion is positioned corresponding to the groove, and the protrusion is configured to press against an uncoated region of the electrode plate to cause a plastic deformation of the uncoated region.

Claims (34)

1 . An electrode plate extension device, comprising:

a first roller, comprising a first body and a protrusion, the protrusion being provided on an outer peripheral surface of the first body and extending in a circumferential direction of the first body; and

a second roller, comprising a second body and a groove, the groove being provided in an outer peripheral surface of the second body and extending in a circumferential direction of the second body;

wherein the first roller and the second roller are arranged in parallel, a gap for allowing an electrode plate to pass is formed between the first roller and the second roller, the protrusion is positioned corresponding to the groove, and the protrusion is configured to press against an uncoated region of the electrode plate to cause a plastic deformation of the uncoated region.

2 . The electrode plate extension device according to claim 1 , wherein:

the protrusion has a complementary shape to the groove.

3 . The electrode plate extension device according to claim 1 , wherein:

a surface of the protrusion has an arc-shaped transition into the outer peripheral surface of the first body, and a surface of the groove has an arc-shaped transition into the outer peripheral surface of the second body.

4 . The electrode plate extension device according to claim 1 , wherein:

a dimension W of the protrusion in a length direction of the first roller satisfies 20 mm≤W≤80 mm.

5 . The electrode plate extension device according to claim 1 , wherein:

a dimension H by which the protrusion protrudes from the outer peripheral surface of the first body satisfies 2 mm≤H≤9 mm.

6 . The electrode plate extension device according to claim 1 , wherein:

the protrusion is one of a plurality of protrusions distributed at intervals in an axial direction of the first body; and

the groove is one of a plurality of grooves distributed at intervals in an axial direction of the second body, the grooves being in one-to-one correspondence with the protrusions.

7 . The electrode plate extension device according to claim 1 , further comprising:

a heating portion, configured to heat the uncoated region.

8 . The electrode plate extension device according to claim 7 , wherein:

the heating portion is arranged inside the first body and/or the second body.

9 . The electrode plate extension device according to claim 7 , wherein:

the heating portion is independent of the first roller and the second roller.

10 . The electrode plate extension device according to claim 9 , wherein:

in a feeding direction of the electrode plate, the heating portion is arranged upstream of the first roller and the second roller.

11 . The electrode plate extension device according to claim 9 , wherein:

the heating portion is a magnetic induction heating portion or a far infrared heating portion.

12 . The electrode plate extension device according to claim 1 , further comprising:

a third roller, located on a side of the second roller facing away from the first roller, and configured to support the second roller.

13 . The electrode plate extension device according to claim 1 , wherein:

one of the first roller and the second roller is a driving roller and another of the first roller and the second roller is a driven roller.

14 . The electrode plate extension device according to claim 13 , further comprising:

an adjusting mechanism, connected to the driving roller and configured to adjust a tension exerted by the driving roller to the electrode plate.

15 . An electrode plate manufacturing apparatus, comprising:

the electrode plate extension device according to claim 1 ; and

a cold-pressing device, configured to cold-press an electrode plate, the cold-pressing device being arranged downstream of the electrode plate extension device in a feeding direction of the electrode plate.
