Abstract

Provided are a positive active material for use in a sodium-ion battery, a method for preparing same, a positive electrode plate containing same, a sodium-ion battery, and an electrical device. The method for preparing a positive active material for use in a sodium-ion battery includes the following steps: mixing a positive active material for use in a sodium-ion battery with, and causing the positive active material to react with, a washing solution at a temperature of T1, and filtering and drying a product of the reaction to obtain a washed positive active material for use in a sodium-ion battery, where the washing solution is deionized water or an acidic solution with a pH value lower than 7.0, and 0° C.≤T1<20° C.

Claims (19)

1 . A method for preparing a positive active material for use in a sodium-ion battery, comprising the following steps:

mixing a positive active material for use in a sodium-ion battery with, and causing the positive active material to react with, a washing solution at a temperature of T1, and filtering and drying a product of a reaction to obtain a washed positive active material for use in a sodium-ion battery, wherein

the washing solution is deionized water or an acidic solution with a pH value lower than 7.0, and 0° C.≤T1≤20° C.

2 . The method according to claim 1 , wherein 2° C.≤T1≤15.

3 . The method according to claim 1 , wherein the pH value of the acidic solution satisfies 4.0≤pH<7.0.

4 . The method according to claim 1 , wherein

the acidic solution comprises deionized water and a solute.

5 . The method according to claim 1 , wherein

a drying temperature is 90° C. to 200° C., and optionally 120° C. to 180° C.; and/or

a drying time is 4 h to 24 h.

6 . The method according to claim 1 , wherein the positive active material for use in a sodium-ion battery and the washing solution are mixed and react in a stirring state.

7 . The method according to claim 6 , wherein

a stirring speed is 100 rpm to 1000 rpm, and optionally 300 rpm to 500 rpm; and/or

a stirring time is 0.5 min to 30 min.

8 . The method according to claim 1 , wherein

the positive active material for use in a sodium-ion battery is a layered transition metal oxide.

9 . A positive active material for use in a sodium-ion battery, wherein the positive active material is prepared by using the method according to claim 1 .

10 . A positive electrode plate, comprising the positive active material for use in a sodium-ion battery according to claim 9 .

11 . A sodium-ion battery, comprising the positive electrode plate according to claim 10 .
