Abstract

Compositions and methods for treating ovarian cancer are provided. Methods include combined treatment with chemotherapeutic agents and anti-STn antibodies. Chemotherapy resistant ovarian cancer cells may be reduced. Chemotherapy resistant ovarian cancer cells may include cancer stem cells.

Claims (4)

1 . A method of treating ovarian cancer comprising:

administering at least one chemotherapeutic agent to a subject, wherein said subject has ovarian cancer, and wherein said at least one chemotherapeutic agent is selected from the group consisting of olaparib, carboplatin, and paclitaxel; and

administering an anti-sialyl Tn antigen (STn) antibody.
