Abstract

A method and a device are provided in a UE and a base station for wireless communication. The UE receives a first signaling, and operates a first radio signal in K time domain resource(s). The first signaling is used for determining the K time domain resource(s), K is a positive integer; the first radio signal carries a first bit block, a first time-domain-resource size and a target parameter are used for determining the size of the first bit block, at least one of the K time domain resource(s) is used for determining the first time-domain-resource size; the target parameter is a first or a second parameter; whether the target parameter is the first parameter or the second parameter is related to the first time-domain-resource size, or, whether the target parameter is the first parameter or the second parameter is related to the K; the operating action is transmitting or receiving.

Claims (84)

1 . A User Equipment (UE) for wireless communication, comprising:

a processor configured to process data; and

a transceiver configured to:

receive a Downlink Control Information (DCI) signal, wherein the DCI signal indicates scheduling information of a radio signal and is used to determine K time-frequency resources, wherein K is a positive integer, and wherein at least one of the K time-frequency resources is used to determine a time-frequency-resource size; and

transmit or receive a transport block (TB) carried by the radio signal in the K time-frequency resources, wherein a number of transmissions of the TB is equal to K, and the TB has a transport block size (TBS) that is determined based on the time-frequency-resource size and an integer;

wherein the integer is either a first positive integer or a second positive integer based on either the time-frequency-resource size or K, and the second positive integer is less than the first positive integer.

2 . The UE of claim 1 , wherein either:

on a condition that the time-frequency-resource size is in a first set of one or more positive integers, the integer is the first positive integer; and

on a condition that the time-frequency-resource size is in a second set of one or more positive integers, the integer is the second positive integer;

none of the one or more positive integers in the first set belongs to the second set;

or

the integer is either the first positive integer or the second positive integer based on a relative magnitude of the time-frequency-resource size and a positive integer threshold.

3 . The UE of claim 1 , wherein:

the time-frequency-resource size is equal to a size of any one of the K time-frequency resources, on a condition that the K is equal to 1, the integer is the first positive integer; and on a condition that the K is greater than 1, the integer is the second positive integer;

or

on a condition that the K is equal to 1 , the time-frequency-resource size is equal to a size of the K time-frequency resources and the integer is the first positive integer; on a condition that the K is greater than 1, the time-frequency-resource size is equal to a sum total size of the K time-frequency resources and the integer is the second positive integer;

or

the K is greater than 1, and the K is used to determine the second positive integer.

4 . The UE of claim 1 , wherein:

the K is greater than 1, and the second positive integer is equal to a minimum integer no less than a quotient of the first positive integer divided by the K.

5 . The UE of claim 1 , wherein:

the transceiver is further configured to receive information that indicates the first positive integer.

6 . A base station for wireless communication, comprising:

a processor configured to process data; and

a transceiver configured to:

transmit a Downlink Control Information (DCI) signal, wherein the DCI signal indicates scheduling information of a radio signal and is used to determine K time-frequency resources, wherein K is a positive integer, and wherein at least one of the K time-frequency resources is used to determine a time-frequency-resource size; and

receive or transmit a transport block (TB) carried by the radio signal in the K time-frequency resources, wherein a number of transmissions of the TB is equal to K, and the TB has a transport block size (TBS) that is determined based on the time-frequency-resource size and an integer;

wherein the integer is either a first positive integer or a second positive integer based on either the time-frequency-resource size or K, and the second positive integer is less than the first positive integer.

7 . The base station of claim 6 , wherein either:

on a condition that the time-frequency-resource size is in a first set of one or more positive integers, the integer is the first positive integer; and

on a condition that the time-frequency-resource size is in a second set of one or more positive integers, the integer is the second positive integer;

none of the one or more positive integers in the first set belongs to the second set;

or

the integer is either the first positive integer or the second positive integer based on a relative magnitude of the time-frequency-resource size and a positive integer threshold.

8 . The base station of claim 6 , wherein:

the time-frequency-resource size is equal to a size of any one of the K time-frequency resources, on a condition that the K is equal to 1, the integer is the first positive integer; and on a condition that the K is greater than 1, the integer is the second positive integer;

or

on a condition that the K is equal to 1, the time-frequency-resource size is equal to a size of the K time-frequency resources and the integer is the first positive integer; on a condition that the K is greater than 1, the time-frequency-resource size is equal to a sum total size of the K time-frequency resources and the integer is the second positive integer;

or

the K is greater than 1, and the K is used to determine the second positive integer.

9 . The base station of claim 6 , wherein:

the K is greater than 1, and the second positive integer is equal to a minimum integer no less than a quotient of the first positive integer divided by the K.

10 . The base station of claim 6 , wherein:

the transceiver is further configured to transmit information that indicates the first positive integer.

11 . A method for a UE for wireless communication, comprising:

receiving a Downlink Control Information (DCI) signal, wherein the DCI signal indicates scheduling information of a radio signal and is used to determine K time-frequency resources, wherein K is a positive integer, and wherein at least one of the K time-frequency resources is used to determine a time-frequency-resource size; and

transmitting or receiving a transport block (TB) carried by the radio signal in the K time-frequency resources, wherein a number of transmissions of the TB is equal to K, and the TB has a transport block size (TBS) that is determined based on the time-frequency-resource size and an integer;

wherein the integer is either a first positive integer or a second positive integer based on either the time-frequency-resource size or K, and the second positive integer is less than the first positive integer.

12 . The method of claim 11 , wherein either:

on a condition that the time-frequency-resource size is in a first set of one or more positive integers, the integer is the first positive integer; and

on a condition that the time-frequency-resource size is in a second set of one or more positive integers, the integer is the second positive integer;

none of the one or more positive integers in the first set belongs to the second set;

or

the integer is either the first positive integer or the second positive integer based on a relative magnitude of the time-frequency-resource size and a positive integer threshold.

13 . The method of claim 11 , wherein:

the time-frequency-resource size is equal to a size of any one of the K time-frequency resources, on a condition that the K is equal to 1, the integer is the first positive integer; and on a condition that the K is greater than 1, the integer is the second positive integer;

or

on a condition that the K is equal to 1, the time-frequency-resource size is equal to a size of the K time-frequency resources and the integer is the first positive integer; on a condition that the K is greater than 1, the time-frequency-resource size is equal to a sum total size of the K time-frequency resources and the integer is the second positive integer;

or

the K is greater than 1, and the K is used to determine the second positive integer.

14 . The method of claim 11 , wherein:

the K is greater than 1, and the second positive integer is equal to a minimum integer no less than a quotient of the first positive integer divided by the K.

15 . The method of claim 11 , comprising:

receiving information that indicates the first positive integer.

16 . A method for a base station for wireless communication, comprising:

transmitting a Downlink Control Information (DCI) signal, wherein the DCI signal indicates scheduling information of a radio signal and is used to determine K time-frequency resources, wherein K is a positive integer, and wherein at least one of the K time-frequency resources is used to determine a time-frequency-resource size; and

receiving or transmitting a transport block (TB) carried by the radio signal in the K time-frequency resources, wherein a number of transmissions of the TB is equal to K, and the TB has a transport block size (TBS) that is determined based on the time-frequency-resource size and an integer;

wherein is either a first positive integer or a second positive integer based on either the time-frequency-resource size or K, and the second positive integer is less than the first positive integer.

17 . The method of claim 16 , wherein either:

on a condition that the time-frequency-resource size is in a first set of one or more positive integers, the integer is the first positive integer; and

on a condition that the time-frequency-resource size is in a second set of one or more positive integers, the integer is the second positive integer;

none of the one or more positive integers in the first set belongs to the second set;

or

the integer is either the first positive integer or the second positive integer based on a relative magnitude of the time-frequency-resource size and a positive integer threshold.

18 . The method of claim 16 , wherein:

the time-frequency-resource size is equal to a size of any one of the K time-frequency resources, on a condition that the K is equal to 1 , the integer is the first positive integer; and on a condition that the K is greater than 1 , the integer is the second positive integer;

or

on a condition that the K is equal to 1, the time-frequency-resource size is equal to a size of the K time-frequency resources and the integer is the first positive integer; on a condition that the K is greater than 1, the resource time-frequency-resource size is equal to a sum total size of the K time-frequency resources and the integer is the second positive integer;

or

the K is greater than 1, and the K is used to determine the second positive integer.

19 . The method of claim 16 , wherein:

the K is greater than 1, and the second positive integer is equal to a minimum integer no less than a quotient of the first positive integer divided by the K.

20 . The method of claim 16 , comprising:

transmitting information that indicates the first positive integer.
