Claims (28)

1. A system for managing an electronic loan application, comprising:

one or more processors; and

non-transitory computer-readable storage encoding instructions which, when executed by the one or more processors, cause the system to generate a user interface including:

a loan information pane listing financial information associated with a loan transaction;

an action pane listing upcoming actions associated with the loan transaction;

an activity pane listing a plurality of activities associated with the loan transaction in a pre-defined order, with the plurality of activities including an activity description and a date; and

a listing of items that have failed evaluation, with each item including data from a statement, a description of an exception associated with the item, and a control actuable to indicate a validity of the item.

2. The system of claim 1 , wherein the pre-defined order is a chronological order.

3. The system of claim 1 , wherein the plurality of activities further includes a control for viewing additional information.

4. The system of claim 1 , comprising further instructions which, when executed by the one or more processors, cause the system to generate the user interface including upcoming actions associated with the electronic loan application, with the upcoming actions including a description of an action, a due date for the action, and a control for initiating the action.

5. The system of claim 1 , comprising further instructions which, when executed by the one or more processors, cause the system to generate the user interface including evaluations of items associated with the loan transaction, the items each including an evaluation description, a reason for failure, and a control for viewing additional information.

6. The system of claim 1 , comprising further instructions which, when executed by the one or more processors, cause the system to generate the user interface including a graphical element coded to indicate an inquiry status of an inquiry related to the loan transaction.

7. The system of claim 1 , wherein the control includes a valid button and an invalid button indicating the validity of the item upon receipt of selection of one of the valid button and the invalid button.

8. The system of claim 1 , comprising further instructions which, when executed by the one or more processors, cause the system to generate the user interface including items associated with the statement for the loan transaction that have passed evaluation.

9. The system of claim 1 , comprising further instructions which, when executed by the one or more processors, cause the system to generate the user interface including a credit profile with credit information and a collateral profile with collateral information associated with the electronic loan application.

10. A method for generating a user interface for managing an electronic loan application, comprising:

generating a loan information pane listing financial information associated with a loan transaction;

generating an action pane listing upcoming actions associated with the loan transaction;

generating an activity pane listing a plurality of activities associated with the loan transaction in a pre-defined order, with the plurality of activities including an activity description and a date; and

generating a listing of items that have failed evaluation, with each item including data from a statement, a description of an exception associated with the item, and a control actuable to indicate a validity of the item.

11. The method of claim 10 , wherein the pre-defined order is a chronological order.

12. The method of claim 10 , wherein the plurality of activities further includes a control for viewing additional information.

13. The method of claim 10 , further comprising generating upcoming actions associated with the electronic loan application, with the upcoming actions including a description of an action, a due date for the action, and a control for initiating the action.

14. The method of claim 10 , further comprising generating evaluations of items associated with the loan transaction, the items each including an evaluation description, a reason for failure, and a control for viewing additional information.

15. The method of claim 10 , further comprising generating a graphical element coded to indicate an inquiry status of an inquiry related to the loan transaction.

16. The method of claim 10 , wherein the control includes a valid button and an invalid button indicating the validity of the item upon receipt of selection of one of the valid button and the invalid button.

17. The method of claim 10 , further comprising generating items associated with the statement for the loan transaction that have passed evaluation.

18. The method of claim 10 , further comprising generating a credit profile with credit information and a collateral profile with collateral information associated with the electronic loan application.
