Abstract

The present application provides for IL-2 muteins, compositions comprising the same, and methods of using the same.

Claims (18)

. A method of treating vitiligo, in a subject in need thereof, comprising increasing T regulatory cell proliferation in the subject by administering to the subject an effective amount of a pharmaceutical composition comprising a polypeptide comprising an amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 27, and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier.

. The method of claim 1 , wherein the polypeptide further comprises an Fc region.

. The method of claim 2 , wherein the Fc region comprises an amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 8 or SEQ ID NO: 15.

. The method of claim 3 , wherein the Fc region is linked at the C-terminus of the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 27.

. The method of claim 3 , wherein the Fc region is linked at the N-terminus of the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 27.

. The method of claim 2 , wherein the polypeptide further comprises a linker peptide that links the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 27 and the Fc region.

. The method of claim 6 , wherein the linker peptide comprises an amino acid sequence of (GGGGS)n, wherein n is 1, 2, 3, or 4.

. The method of claim 7 , wherein n is 4.

. The method of claim 8 , wherein the Fc region comprises the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 8 or SEQ ID NO: 15.

. The method of claim 9 , wherein the linker peptide links the Fc region to the C-terminus of the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 27.

. The method of claim 9 , wherein the linker peptide links the Fc region to the N-terminus of the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 27.

. The method of claim 11 , wherein the polypeptide comprises the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 40.

. The method of claim 11 , wherein the polypeptide consists of the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 40.

. The method of claim 11 , wherein the pharmaceutical composition comprises a dimer of polypeptides each comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:40.

. The method of claim 11 , wherein the pharmaceutical composition comprises a dimer of polypeptides each consisting of the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:40.

. A method of treating vitiligo, in a subject in need thereof, comprising increasing T regulatory cell proliferation in the subject by administering to the subject an effective amount of a pharmaceutical composition comprising a polypeptide comprising an amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 40, and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier.

. The method of claim 16 , wherein the pharmaceutical composition comprises a dimer of polypeptides each comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:40.

. The method of claim 16 , wherein the pharmaceutical composition comprises a dimer of polypeptides each consisting of the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:40.
