Abstract

The present application provides a negative electrode sheet, an electrode assembly, a battery cell, a battery, and an electrical device, belonging to the field of battery technology. The negative electrode sheet includes a porous matrix and a first insulator. The porous matrix has a first surface area in its thickness direction. A first insulator clads at least a partial metal surface of the first surface area. The negative electrode sheet with this structure makes it difficult for lithium ions to obtain electrons on the surface of the porous matrix during use, which can effectively alleviate precipitation of lithium metal and formation of dendritic crystals on the surface of the negative electrode sheet.

Claims (29)

1 . A negative electrode sheet, comprising:

a porous matrix, having a first surface area in its thickness direction; and

a first insulator, cladding at least a partial metal surface of the first surface area.

2 . The negative electrode sheet according to claim 1 , wherein the first insulator clads all the metal surface of the first surface area.

3 . The negative electrode sheet according to claim 1 , wherein in the thickness direction of the porous matrix, the porous matrix has the first surface areas on both sides.

4 . The negative electrode sheet according to claim 1 , wherein the two first surface areas have an equal thickness in the thickness direction of the porous matrix.

5 . The negative electrode sheet according to claim 1 , wherein in the thickness direction of the porous matrix, the thickness of one of the two first surface areas is greater than that of the other first surface area.

6 . The negative electrode sheet according to claim 1 , wherein in the thickness direction of the porous matrix, the thickness of one of the first surface areas is d 1 , and a thickness of the porous matrix is d 2 , satisfying 0.01≤d 1 /d 2 ≤0.1.

7 . The negative electrode sheet according to claim 1 , wherein the first insulator clads the metal surface of the first surface area by a thickness of d 3 , satisfying 10 nm≤d 3 ≤100 nm.

8 . The negative electrode sheet according to claim 1 , wherein the first surface area has a plurality of pores, and a porosity of the first surface area is P, satisfying 20%≤P≤95%.

9 . The negative electrode sheet according to claim 8 , wherein a pore size of the pores is d 4 , satisfying 50 μm≤d 4 ≤300 μm.

10 . The negative electrode sheet according to claim 1 , wherein a material of the porous matrix is foam metal.

11 . The negative electrode sheet according to claim 10 , wherein the material of the porous matrix is foam copper.

12 . The negative electrode sheet according to claim 1 , wherein a particle size of the first insulator is d 5 , satisfying d 5 ≤60 nm.

13 . The negative electrode sheet according to claim 1 , wherein a material of the first insulator is aluminum oxide or zirconium oxide.

14 . The negative electrode sheet according to claim 1 , wherein in a direction perpendicular to the thickness direction of the porous matrix, the porous matrix has second surface areas on both sides; and

the negative electrode sheet further comprises a second insulator, and the second insulator clads metal surfaces of the second surface areas.

15 . An electrode assembly, comprising:

a positive electrode sheet; and

the negative electrode sheet according to claim 1 , wherein the negative electrode sheet and the positive electrode sheet are wound or laminated.

16 . The electrode assembly according to claim 15 , wherein the metal surface of the first surface area, opposite to the positive electrode sheet, of the negative electrode sheet is clad with the first insulator.

17 . The electrode assembly according to claim 15 , wherein the porous matrix has the first surface areas on both sides in the thickness direction of the porous matrix, in the two first surface areas of the outermost negative electrode sheet of the electrode assembly, and the thickness of the first surface area facing the positive electrode sheet is less than that of the first surface area away from the positive electrode sheet.

18 . A battery cell, comprising:

a shell; and

the electrode assembly according to claim 15 , wherein the electrode assembly is accommodated in the shell.

19 . A battery, comprising:

a box; and

the battery cell according to claim 18 , wherein the battery cell is accommodated in the box.

20 . An electrical device, comprising the battery cell according to claim 18 .
