1 . A cabinet of an energy storage apparatus, comprising a bracket, wherein the bracket comprises:

a first rack configured to hold a first battery; and

a second rack configured to hold a second battery;

wherein the first battery comprises a first flange extending towards the second battery, and the second battery comprises a second flange extending towards the first battery; and

wherein in a height direction of the cabinet, the first rack and the second rack are located on different height planes, such that the first flange and the second flange are offset in the height direction.

2 . The cabinet according to claim 1 , wherein the bracket further comprises a connecting portion configured to connect the first rack and the second rack.

3 . The cabinet according to claim 1 , wherein the bracket further comprises:

a first stop block connected to an end of the first rack close to the second rack, the first stop block being configured to limit movement of the first battery towards the second rack; and

a second stop block connected to an end of the second rack close to the first rack, the second stop block being configured to limit movement of the second battery towards the first rack.

4 . The cabinet according to claim 1 , wherein:

the first rack comprises a first holding portion and a first limiting portion connected to each other, wherein the first holding portion is configured to hold the first battery and the first limiting portion is configured to limit movement of the first battery along a length direction of the cabinet, the length direction of the cabinet being perpendicular to the height direction of the cabinet; and

the second rack comprises a second holding portion and a second limiting portion connected to each other, wherein the second holding portion is configured to hold the second battery, and the second limiting portion is configured to limit movement of the second battery along the length direction of the cabinet.

5 . The cabinet according to claim 4 , wherein the bracket further comprises a retaining bar, and wherein:

the retaining bar is connected to an end of the first limiting portion away from the first holding portion, and the retaining bar is configured to press against the first battery so as to limit movement of the first battery along the height direction of the cabinet; and/or

the retaining bar is connected to an end of the second limiting portion away from the second holding portion, and the retaining bar is configured to press against the second battery so as to limit movement of the second battery along the height direction of the cabinet.

6 . The cabinet according to claim 5 , wherein the retaining bar is one of at least two retaining bars, and wherein:

a distance between the retaining bar located at an end of the first limiting portion away from the second battery and the first holding portion is greater than a distance between the retaining bar located at an end of the first limiting portion close to the second battery and the first holding portion satisfy; and/or

a distance between the retaining bar located at an end of the second limiting portion away from the first battery and the second holding portion is greater than a distance between the retaining bar located at an end of the second limiting portion close to the first battery and the second holding portion.

7 . The cabinet according to claim 5 , wherein the bracket further comprises a buffer pad, wherein the buffer pad is disposed on a surface of the retaining bar close to the first holding portion and/or the second holding portion, and the buffer pad is configured to abut against the first battery and/or the second battery.

8 . The cabinet according to claim 1 , wherein the bracket further comprises a fixing assembly, wherein the fixing assembly is configured to fixedly connect the cabinet to the first battery, and fixedly connect the cabinet to the second battery.

9 . The cabinet according to claim 8 , wherein the fixing assembly comprises:

a first liner plate fixedly connected to an end of the first holding portion away from the connecting portion;

a second liner plate fixedly connected to an end of the second holding portion away from the connecting portion;

a first adapter sheet configured to fixedly connect the first liner plate to the first battery; and

a second adapter sheet configured to fixedly connect the second liner plate to the second battery.

10 . An energy storage apparatus, comprising:

a first battery and a second battery, wherein the first battery comprises a first flange extending towards the second battery, and the second battery comprises a second flange extending towards the first battery; and

the cabinet according to claim 1 , wherein the cabinet is configured to accommodate the first battery and the second battery.

11 . A manufacturing method of energy storage apparatus, comprising:

providing a first battery and a second battery, wherein the first battery comprises a first flange extending towards the second battery, and the second battery comprises a second flange extending towards the first battery; and

providing a cabinet, wherein the cabinet comprises a bracket, and the bracket comprises a first rack and a second rack, the first rack being configured to hold the first battery and the second rack being configured to hold the second battery; wherein in a height direction of the cabinet, the first rack and the second rack are located on different height planes, such that the first flange and the second flange are offset in the height direction.
