ORGANIZATIONAL MANAGEMENT SYSTEM AND CONTROL METHOD
A system and control method of managing activities and organizations is provided herein.
1 . A specific method for improving the security and control of a computing system internally and with outside computing, storage and network systems by a practical application of the computing system automatically and dynamically without human intervention determining whether a first computing system element is authorized to perform an action it attempts involving at least a second computing system element, the method comprising:
requesting, by the first computing system element, an action that involves the second computing system element, wherein the first computing system element is selected from a first group consisting of a user, an individual, a machine, a device, a server, a processor, a team, a group, a role, an application, a process, a function, an operation, a service, and a network and wherein the second computing system element is selected from a second group consisting of a user, an individual, a role, an organization, a resource, an object, a service, a machine, a device, a server, a processor, an application, a process, a function, an operation, a data storage device, a database, information, data, a file, a document, a webpage, a network, a team, a group, a task, and a rule;
receiving, by a computing system processor, the request to perform an action by the first computing system element that involves at least the second computing system element;
identifying, by a computing system processor without human intervention, the action requested by the first computing system element involving at least the second computing system element;
identifying, by a computing system processor without human intervention, the first computing system element;
identifying, by a computing system processor without human intervention, the second computing system element;
dynamically and automatically, by a computing system processor without human intervention, identifying if there is at least one direct or multi-step relationship between the first computing system element and the second computing system element;
analyzing, by a computing system processor without human intervention, the at least one direct or multi-step relationship between the first computing system element and the second computing system element to identify the type of relationship between the first computing system element and the second computing system element;
dynamically and automatically determining in real time if the first computing system element is authorized to perform the requested action, based on the identified at least one direct or multi-step relationship between the first computing system element and the second computing system element, by a computing system processor, without human intervention, analyzing the identified at least one direct or multi-step relationship between the first computing system element and the second computing system element; and
completing, by the computing system, the requested action if a computing system processor automatically and dynamically without human intervention determines, by analyzing at least the one direct or multi-step relationship, that the first computing system element is authorized to perform the requested action.

The method of claim 1 , further comprising routing, when the computing system processor without human intervention determines that the activity is not allowed by the first element, a request for approval to implement the activity to another element having the authority to implement the activity as determined by relationship.
3 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the action is from a group including create, view, modify, move, and delete.

A specific method for improving the security and control of a computing system internally and with outside computing, storage and network systems by a practical application of the computing system automatically and dynamically without human intervention determining whether a first computing system element is authorized to perform an action it attempts involving at least a second computing system element, the method comprising:
requesting, by the first computing system element, an action that involves the second computing system element;
receiving, by a computing system processor, the request to perform an action by the first computing system element that involves at least the second computing system element;
identifying, by a computing system processor without human intervention, the action requested by the first computing system element involving at least the second computing system element;
identifying, by a computing system processor without human intervention, the first computing system element;
identifying, by a computing system processor without human intervention, the second computing system element;
dynamically and automatically, by a computing system processor without human intervention, identifying if there is at least one direct or multi-step relationship between the first computing system element and the second computing system element;
analyzing, by a computing system processor without human intervention, the at least one direct or multi-step relationship between the first computing system element and the second computing system element to identify the type of relationship between the first computing system element and the second computing system element;
dynamically and automatically determining in real time if the first computing system element is authorized to perform the requested action, based on the identified at least one direct or multi-step relationship between the first computing system element and the second computing system element, by a computing system processor, without human intervention, analyzing the identified at least one direct or multi-step relationship between the first computing system element and the second computing system element; and
completing, by the computing system, the requested action if a computing system processor automatically and dynamically without human intervention determines, by analyzing at least the one direct or multi-step relationship, that the first computing system element is authorized to perform the requested action.

The method of claim 4 , further comprising routing, when the computing system processor without human intervention determines that the activity is not allowed by the first element, a request for approval to implement the activity to another element having the authority to implement the activity as determined by relationship.

The method of claim 4 , wherein the first and second computing system elements are selected from a group including but not limited to a user, an individual, an organization a machine, a device, a server, a team, a group, a role, an application, a process, a function, an operation, a service, a network, a communication link, a resource, an object, a processor, a storage device, a database, information, data, a file, a document, a webpage, a website, a task, and a rule.
7 . The method of claim 4 , wherein the action is from a group including create, view, modify, move, and delete.

A specific method for improving the security and control of a computing system internally and with outside computing, storage and network systems by a practical application of the computing system automatically and dynamically without human intervention determining whether a first computing system element is authorized to perform an action it attempts involving at least a second computing system element, the method comprising:
requesting, by the first computing system element, an action that involves the second computing system element;
receiving, by a computing system processor, the request to perform an action by the first computing system element that involves at least the second computing system element;
identifying, by a computing system processor without human intervention, the action requested by the first computing system element involving at least the second computing system element;
identifying, by a computing system processor without human intervention, the first computing system element;
identifying, by a computing system processor without human intervention, the second computing system element;
dynamically and automatically, by a computing system processor without human intervention, identifying if there is at least one direct or multi-step relationship between the first computing system element and the second computing system element;
analyzing, by a computing system processor without human intervention, the at least one direct or multi-step relationship between the first computing system element and the second computing system element to identify the type of relationship between the first computing system element and the second computing system element;
dynamically and automatically determining in real time if the first computing system element is authorized to perform the requested action, based on the identified at least one direct or multi-step relationship between the first computing system element and the second computing system element, by a computing system processor, without human intervention, analyzing the identified at least one direct or multi-step relationship between the first computing system element and the second computing system element; and
returning, by a computing system processor without human intervention, the result of the authorization determination.

The method of claim 8 , further comprising routing, when the computing system processor without human intervention determines that the activity is not allowed by the first element, a request for approval to implement the activity to another element having the authority to implement the activity as determined by relationship.

The method of claim 8 , wherein the first and second computing system elements are selected from a group including but not limited to a user, an individual, an organization a machine, a device, a server, a team, a group, a role, an application, a process, a function, an operation, a service, a network, a communication link, a resource, an object, a processor, a storage device, a database, information, data, a file, a document, a webpage, a website, a task, and a rule.
