Configuration Information for Multi-Connectivity
A first base station may receive, from a third base station, a configuration request for a first secondary cell group, SCG, of a wireless device. The configuration request comprises information of a second SCG associated with a second base station. The wireless device uses the first SCG while using the second SCG.
1 . A first base station comprising:
one or more processors; and
memory storing instructions that, when executed by the one or more processors, cause the first base station to:
receive, from a third base station, a configuration request for a first secondary cell group (SCG) of a wireless device, wherein:
the configuration request comprises information of a second SCG associated with a second base station; and
the configuration request indicates that the wireless device uses the first SCG while using the second SCG.
2 . The first base station of claim 1 , wherein the information of the second SCG comprises an identifier of the second base station associated with the second SCG.
3 . The first base station of claim 1 , wherein the information of the second SCG comprises one or more identifiers of one or more cells of the second SCG.
4 . The first base station of claim 1 , wherein the configuration request comprises a field indicating that the wireless device uses the first SCG while using the second SCG.
5 . The first base station of claim 1 , wherein the instructions further cause the first base station to send, to the third base station, a secondary node change request, for a secondary node change procedure of the wireless device, indicating a cell other than the one or more cells of the second SCG.
6 . The first base station of claim 1 , wherein:
the instructions further cause the first base station to transmit, to the wireless device, a measurement configuration; and
based on the information of the second SCG received from the third base station, the measurement configuration excludes:
the second base station associated with the second SCG;
one or more cells of the second base station associated with the second SCG; or
one or more cells associated with the second SCG.
7 . The first base station of claim 6 , wherein the measurement configuration includes one or more cells of a fourth base station.

The first base station of claim 7 , wherein the instructions further cause the first base station to send, to the third base station, a secondary node change request comprising an identifier of the fourth base station and one or more identifiers of the one or more cells of the fourth base station, based on:
a measurement result associated with the measurement configuration;
the information of the second SCG;
the fourth base station being different than the second base station comprising the second SCG; or
one or more cells of the fourth base station being different than one or more cells of the second SCG of the second base station.
9 . The first base station of claim 1 , wherein the instructions further cause the first base station to send, to the third base station, a configuration response comprising first configuration parameters for the first SCG of the wireless device.
10 . A first base station comprising:
one or more processors; and
memory storing instructions that, when executed by the one or more processors, cause the first base station to:
send, to a third base station, a configuration request for a first secondary cell group (SCG) of a wireless device, wherein:
the configuration request comprises information of a second SCG associated with a second base station; and
the configuration request indicates that the wireless device uses the first SCG while using the second SCG.
11 . The first base station of claim 10 , wherein the information of the second SCG comprises an identifier of the second base station associated with the second SCG.
12 . The first base station of claim 10 , wherein the information of the second SCG comprises one or more identifiers of one or more cells of the second SCG.
13 . The first base station of claim 10 , wherein the configuration request comprises a field indicating that the wireless device uses the first SCG while using the second SCG.
14 . The first base station of claim 10 , wherein the instructions further cause the first base station to receive, from the third base station, a secondary node change request, for a secondary node change procedure of the wireless device, indicating a cell other than the one or more cells of the second SCG.
15 . A non-transitory computer-readable medium comprising instructions that, when executed by one or more processors of a first base station, cause the first base station to:
receive, from a third base station, a configuration request for a first secondary cell group (SCG) of a wireless device, wherein:
the configuration request comprises information of a second SCG associated with a second base station; and
the configuration request indicates that the wireless device uses the first SCG while using the second SCG.
16 . The non-transitory computer-readable medium of claim 15 , wherein the information of the second SCG comprises an identifier of the second base station associated with the second SCG.
17 . The non-transitory computer-readable medium of claim 15 , wherein the information of the second SCG comprises one or more identifiers of one or more cells of the second SCG.
18 . The non-transitory computer-readable medium of claim 15 , wherein the configuration request comprises a field indicating that the wireless device uses the first SCG while using the second SCG.
19 . The non-transitory computer-readable medium of claim 15 , wherein the instructions further cause the first base station to send, to the third base station, a secondary node change request, for a secondary node change procedure of the wireless device, indicating a cell other than the one or more cells of the second SCG.
20 . The non-transitory computer-readable medium of claim 15 , wherein:
the instructions further cause the first base station to transmit, to the wireless device, a measurement configuration; and
based on the information of the second SCG received from the third base station, the measurement configuration excludes:
the second base station associated with the second SCG;
one or more cells of the second base station associated with the second SCG; or
one or more cells associated with the second SCG.
