Abstract

In some examples, a system receives transaction information of transactions performed between merchants and customers. The system determines, based at least on the transaction information, financial factors of a user associated with a financial account of the system. The system may determine, based at least on the financial factors determined for the user, that the user is pre-qualified to receive financing up to an amount of financing. The system sends, to a user device of the user, an indication that the user is pre-qualified to receive the financing. Based at least on evaluating at least one transaction of the user and financial account information for the financial account associated with the user, the system sends an instruction to provide at least a portion of the amount of financing to the financial account of the user.

Claims (46)

1. A computer-implemented method comprising:

receiving, by one or more server computing devices of a service-providing system, transaction information of transactions performed between a plurality of merchants and a plurality of customers, each user device of the plurality of customers and the plurality of merchants having a respective application installed thereon that configures the user device to communicate the transaction information to the one or more server computing devices;

determining, by the one or more server computing devices, based at least in part on the received transaction information, one or more financial factors of a user of the service-providing system, wherein the user is associated with a financial account of the service-providing system;

determining, by the one or more server computing devices, based at least on the one or more financial factors determined for the user, that the user is pre-qualified to receive financing up to an amount of financing;

sending, by the one or more server computing devices, to a user device of the user, an indication that the user is pre-qualified to receive the financing;

detecting, by the one or more server computing devices, at least one interaction with the indication on a graphical user interface of a corresponding device of the user; and

based at least in part on evaluating at least one transaction of the user and financial account information for the financial account associated with the user, sending, by the one or more server computing devices, an instruction to provide at least a portion of the amount of financing to the financial account of the user.

2. The computer-implemented method as recited in claim 1 , wherein determining the one or more financial factors of the user is based at least on a payment amount for transactions conducted by the user through the service-providing system.

3. The computer-implemented method as recited in claim 1 , wherein determining the one or more financial factors of the user is based at least on determining an amount and timing of payments received in the financial account associated with the user.

4. The computer-implemented method as recited in claim 1 , wherein sending, to the user device of the user, the indication that the user is pre-qualified to receive the financing causes, at least in part, the user device of the user to present information related to the amount of financing in a user interface on the user device.

5. The computer-implemented method as recited in claim 1 , further comprising, based at least on sending the instruction to provide at least a portion of the amount of financing to the financial account of the user, sending, to the user device of the user, a communication indicating the amount of financing to be repaid by the user and a timing for repayment.

6. The computer-implemented method as recited in claim 1 , further comprising:

receiving, by the service-providing system, a payment to the financial account associated with the user; and

based at least on determining a remaining amount of financing to be repaid, applying, by the service-providing system, a portion of the received payment to repayment of the remaining amount of financing.

7. The computer-implemented method as recited in claim 1 , further comprising, based at least on receiving repayment of the amount of financing within a predetermined amount of time, pre-qualifying the user to receive an increased amount of financing in relation to a subsequent transaction.

8. A system comprising:

one or more memories configured to store computer-readable instructions; and

one or more processors configured to execute the computer-readable instructions to:

receive transaction information of transactions performed between a plurality of merchants and a plurality of customers, each user device of the plurality of customers and the plurality of merchants having a respective application installed thereon that configures the user device to communicate the transaction information to the one or more processors;

determine, based at least in part on the received transaction information, one or more financial factors of a user of the system, wherein the user is associated with a financial account of the system;

determine, based at least on the one or more financial factors determined for the user, that the user is pre-qualified to receive financing up to an amount of financing;

send, to a user device of the user, an indication that the user is pre-qualified to receive the financing;

detect at least one interaction with the indication on a graphical user interface of a corresponding device of the user; and

based at least in part on evaluating at least one transaction of the user and financial account information for the financial account associated with the user, sending an instruction to provide at least a portion of the amount of financing to the financial account of the user.

9. The system as recited in claim 8 , wherein the one or more processors are configured to execute the computer-readable instructions to determine the one or more financial factors of the user based at least on a payment amount for transactions conducted by the user through the system.

10. The system as recited in claim 8 , wherein the one or more processors are configured to execute the computer-readable instructions to determine the one or more financial factors of the user based at least on determining an amount and timing of payments received in the financial account associated with the user.

11. The system as recited in claim 8 , wherein the sending, to the user device of the user, the indication that the user is pre-qualified to receive the financing causes, at least in part, the user device of the user to present information related to the amount of financing in a user interface on the user device.

12. The system as recited in claim 8 , wherein the one or more processors are further configured to execute the computer-readable instructions to send to the user device of the user, based at least on sending the instruction to provide at least a portion of the amount of financing to the financial account of the user, a communication indicating the amount of financing to be repaid by the user and a timing for repayment.

13. The system as recited in claim 8 , wherein the one or more processors are further configured to execute the computer-readable instructions to:

receive a payment to the financial account associated with the user; and

based at least on determining a remaining amount of financing to be repaid, apply a portion of the received payment to repayment of the remaining amount of financing.

14. The system as recited in claim 8 , wherein the one or more processors are further configured to execute the computer-readable instructions to pre-qualify the user, based at least on receiving repayment of the amount of financing within a predetermined amount of time, to receive an increased amount of financing in relation to a subsequent transaction.

15. One or more non-transitory computer-readable media comprising computer-readable instructions, which when executed by one or more server computing devices of a service-providing system, cause the service-providing system to:

receive transaction information of transactions performed between a plurality of merchants and a plurality of customers, each user device of the plurality of customers and the plurality of merchants having a respective application installed thereon that configures the user device to communicate the transaction information to the one or more server computing devices;

determine, based at least in part on the received transaction information, one or more financial factors of a user of the system, wherein the user is associated with a financial account of the system;

determine, based at least on the one or more financial factors determined for the user, that the user is pre-qualified to receive financing up to an amount of financing;

send, to a user device of the user, an indication that the user is pre-qualified to receive the financing;

detect at least one interaction with the indication on a graphical user interface of a corresponding device of the user; and

based at least in part on evaluating at least one transaction of the user and financial account information for the financial account associated with the user, sending an instruction to provide at least a portion of the amount of financing to the financial account of the user.

16. The one or more non-transitory computer-readable media as recited in claim 15 , wherein execution of the computer-readable instructions cause the service-providing system to determine the one or more financial factors of the user based at least on a payment amount for transactions conducted by the user through the service-providing system.

17. The one or more non-transitory computer-readable media as recited in claim 15 , wherein execution of the computer-readable instructions cause the service-providing system to the one or more financial factors of the user based at least on determining an amount and timing of payments received in the financial account associated with the user.

18. The one or more non-transitory computer-readable media as recited in claim 15 , wherein sending, to the user device of the user, the indication that the user is pre-qualified to receive the financing causes, at least in part, the user device of the user to present information related to the amount of financing in a user interface on the user device.

19. The one or more non-transitory computer-readable media as recited in claim 15 , wherein execution of the computer-readable instructions cause the service-providing system to:

receive a payment to the financial account associated with the user; and

based at least on determining a remaining amount of financing to be repaid, apply a portion of the received payment to repayment of the remaining amount of financing.

20. The one or more non-transitory computer-readable media as recited in claim 15 , wherein execution of the computer-readable instructions cause the service-providing system to pre-qualify the user, based at least on receiving repayment of the amount of financing within a predetermined amount of time, to receive an increased amount of financing in relation to a subsequent transaction.
