Abstract

An over-center latch for a concave combine comprises a mount directly attached to a concave combine or an accessory for a concave combine, a pentagonal base plate formed from steel, a lever with a loop at one end that is configured to attach to a catch plate, and a center pin that allows the lever to rotate with respect to a handle. Either the handle or the lever can be pulled into a vertical position.

Claims (8)

a lever with a loop at one end that is configured to attach to a catch plate, wherein an end opposite the one end with a loop is operatively connected to the pentagonal base plate via a center pin that allows the lever to rotate with respect to a handle, in which the handle is connected to the pair of ears;

wherein either the handle or the lever can be pulled into a vertical position;

wherein the over-center latch secures the cover plate or MOG limiter to the outer surface of the concave.
