The retrofit assembly includes an adapter, a mixing assembly, a power module, a digital assembly, a housing, and a mounting assembly. The valve body and the adapter are operable to be located behind a mounting surface. The mixing assembly, the digital assembly, and the housing are operable to be located in front of a mounting surface. The mounting assembly is operable to mount the mixing assembly, the power module, the digital assembly, and the housing in front of the mounting surface to the valve body and the adapter behind the mounting surface.
