Abstract

A method of detecting establishment of a voice communication between a first voice communication equipment and a second voice communication equipment and automating requests for content. The method includes analyzing the voice communication to identify a request for content, analyzing the voice communication to identify an affirmative response to the request for content, and correlating the request for content with a first user account and correlating the affirmative response with a second user account. In response to identifying the affirmative response and based upon at least one of the first user account or the second user account, identifying from a data storage, the requested content and causing the transmission of the requested content.

Claims (53)

1. A method comprising:

identifying, using speech recognition, a request for content in a voice communication between a first device and a second device;

identifying, in the voice communication, an affirmative response to the request for content;

identifying, using data associated with one or more of the first device or the second device, at least one subject, a type of content, an event, and a time period of the request for content;

identifying, based at least in part on the at least one subject, the type of content, the event, and the time period of the request for content, requested content from the data associated with one or more of the first device or the second device; and

generating a responsive communication including the requested content.

2. The method of claim 1 , comprising:

generating for display a user interface, wherein the user interface comprises:

(a) an identification of the second device, and

(b) a selectable option for a protocol for transmission of the requested content to the second device; and

causing a transmission of the responsive communication including the requested content to the second device via the protocol selected via the user interface.

3. The method of claim 1 , wherein the data associated with the one or more of the first device or the second device includes at least one of stored images, stored image data, geographic location data, or time period data.

4. The method of claim 1 , wherein the generating the responsive communication including the requested content occurs without requiring manual transfer of files.

5. The method of claim 1 , wherein the generating the responsive communication including the requested content occurs without interruption of the voice communication.

6. The method of claim 1 , wherein:

the data associated with the one or more of the first device or the second device includes geographic location data, and time period data, and

the identifying, based at least in part on the at least one subject, the requested content from the data associated with the one or more of the first device or the second device includes:

analyzing the data associated with the one or more of the first device or the second device to determine whether the one or more of the first device or the second device was located at a geographic location among the geographic location data and within a time period of the time period data associated with the at least one subject of the request for content.

7. A method comprising:

identifying, using speech recognition, a request for content in a voice communication between a first device and a second device;

identifying, in the voice communication, an affirmative response to the request for content;

identifying, using data associated with one or more of the first device or the second device, at least one subject of the request for content, wherein the data associated with the one or more of the first device or the second device includes geographic location data, and time period data;

identifying, based at least in part on the at least one subject, requested content from the data associated with the one or more of the first device or the second device including:

analyzing the data associated with the one or more of the first device or the second device to determine whether the one or more of the first device or the second device was located at a geographic location among the geographic location data and within a time period of the time period data associated with the at least one subject of the request for content; and

identifying any images that were captured by and/or associated with the one or more of the first device or the second device during the time period at the geographic location; and

generating a responsive communication including the requested content.

8. The method of claim 7 , wherein the data associated with the one or more of the first device or the second device includes GPS data.

9. The method of claim 7 , wherein the data associated with the one or more of the first device or the second device includes social media location check-in data.

10. A system comprising:

a memory storing instructions; and

control circuitry communicably coupled to the memory and configured to execute the instructions to:

identify, using speech recognition, a request for content in a voice communication between a first device and a second device;

identify, in the voice communication, an affirmative response to the request for content;

identify, using data associated with one or more of the first device or the second device, at least one subject, a type of content, an event, and a time period of the request for content;

identify, based at least in part on the at least one subject, the type of content, the event, and the time period of the request for content, requested content from the data associated with the one or more of the first device or the second device; and

generate a responsive communication including the requested content.

11. The system of claim 10 , wherein the control circuitry is further configured to execute the instructions to:

generate for display a user interface, wherein the user interface comprises:

(a) an identification of the second device, and

(b) a selectable option for a protocol for transmission of the requested content to the second device; and

cause a transmission of the responsive communication including the requested content to the second device via the protocol selected via the user interface.

12. The system of claim 10 , wherein the data associated with the one or more of the first device or the second device includes at least one of stored images, stored image data, geographic location data, or time period data.

13. The system of claim 10 , wherein the generating the responsive communication including the requested content occurs without requiring manual transfer of files.

14. The system of claim 10 , wherein the generating the responsive communication including the requested content occurs without interruption of the voice communication.

15. The system of claim 10 , wherein:

the data associated with the one or more of the first device or the second device includes geographic location data, and time period data, and

the identifying, based at least in part on the at least one subject, the requested content from the data associated with the one or more of the first device or the second device includes:

analyzing the data associated with the one or more of the first device or the second device to determine whether the one or more of the first device or the second device was located at a geographic location among the geographic location data and within a time period of the time period data associated with the at least one subject of the request for content.

16. The system of claim 15 , wherein:

the identifying, based at least in part on the at least one subject, the requested content from the data associated with the one or more of the first device or the second device includes:

identifying any images that were captured by and/or associated with the one or more of the first device or the second device during the time period at the geographic location.

17. The system of claim 15 , wherein the data associated with the one or more of the first device or the second device includes GPS data.

18. The system of claim 15 , wherein the data associated with the one or more of the first device or the second device includes social media location check-in data.
