3 . The golf club head of claim 2 , wherein the cover slides into the locked configuration at a sliding angle between about 15 degrees and about 75 degrees.
4 . The golf club head of claim 2 , wherein the cover appears substantially triangular.
5 . The golf club head of claim 1 , wherein the elongate channel further comprises:
a cover recess on a toeward portion of the elongate channel; and
a weight recess on a heelward portion of the elongate channel,
wherein the weight member fits into one of the plurality of discrete locations in the weight recess.
6 . The golf club head of claim 5 , wherein the elongate channel further comprises;
a shelf above the weight recess to receive a middle portion of the weight member; and
a channel groove to receive a top portion of the weight member.
7 . The golf club head of claim 1 , wherein the elongate channel further comprises an alignment protrusion extending heelward from a toeward surface of the elongate channel, and wherein the cover comprises:
a cover gate along a bottom portion of the cover to receive the alignment protrusion; and
a cover track extending along a length of the cover connected to a bottom of the cover gate to allow the alignment protrusion to slide along.
8 . The golf club head of claim 1 , wherein the cover comprises a faceward-upward portion that is substantially squared, and wherein the elongate channel further comprises:
a channel gate recessed near a forward portion of the elongate channel to receive the faceward-upward portion; and
a channel track extending along a bottom length of the elongate channel and connected to a bottom of the channel gate to allow the faceward-upward portion to slide along.
9 . The golf club head of claim 1 , wherein the elongate channel further comprises a channel track extending along a bottom of the elongate channel, and wherein the cover further comprises cover protrusions to engage and slide along the channel track.
10 . A golf club head comprising:
a striking face portion located at a frontal portion of the golf club head;
a body portion attached to a rear of the striking face portion;
