Rechargeable Jump Starting Device Having a Highly Electrically Conductive Cable Connecting Device
A rechargeable jump starting device for charging a depleted or discharged vehicle battery includes a rechargeable battery, an electrically conductive rigid frame connected to at least one terminal of the rechargeable battery, at least one battery cable detachably connected to the electrically conductive rigid frame, at least one battery clamp connected to the at least one battery cable, where the electrically conductive rigid frame is connected in circuit with the rechargeable battery when jump starting the depleted or discharged vehicle battery by the rechargeable jump starting device.
1 . A rechargeable jump starting device for charging a depleted or discharged vehicle battery, the device comprising;
a rechargeable battery;
an electrically conductive rigid frame connected to at least one terminal of the rechargeable battery;
at least one battery cable detachably connected to the electrically conductive rigid frame; and
at least one battery clamp connected to the at least one battery cable,
wherein the electrically conductive rigid frame is connected in circuit with the rechargeable battery when jump starting the depleted or discharged vehicle battery by the rechargeable jump starting device.

The rechargeable jump starting device of claim 1 , wherein the electrically conductive rigid frame includes at least one of a positive electrically conductive rigid frame connected to a positive terminal of the rechargeable battery or a negative electrically conductive rigid frame connected to a negative terminal of the rechargeable battery.
3 . The rechargeable jump starting device of claim 2 , wherein the at least one battery cable includes a positive battery cable and a negative battery cable.
4 . The device according to claim 1 , wherein the electrically conductive rigid frame at least partially encloses the rechargeable battery.
5 . The device according to claim 1 ,
wherein the rechargeable battery comprises two Li-ion 12V batteries, and
wherein the electrically conductive rigid frame further comprises an electrical control configured to be selectively operated between a 12V position and 24V position.
6 . The device according to claim 1 , wherein the rechargeable jump starting device is configured to provide 12V or 24V jump starting modes.
7 . The device according to claim 1 , wherein the electrically conductive rigid frame comprises multiple electrically conductive rigid frame members.
8 . The device according to claim 7 , wherein the multiple electrically conductive rigid frame members are connected together by mechanical fasteners.
9 . The device according to claim 7 , wherein the multiple electrically conductive rigid frame members are soldered together.
10 . The device according to claim 7 , wherein the multiple electrically conductive rigid frame members comprise one or more flattened end portions.
11 . The device according to claim 10 , wherein the one or more flattened end portions include a through hole.

The device according to claim 2 , wherein the positive electrically conductive rigid frame comprises a reverse flow diode assembly connected to the positive terminal of the rechargeable battery, and wherein the negative electrically conductive rigid frame comprises a smart switch connected to the negative terminal of the rechargeable battery.
13 . The device according to claim 1 , wherein the electrically conductive rigid frame comprises multiple electrically conductive rigid frame members and one or more electrical components.
14 . The device according to claim 13 , wherein the one or more electrical components comprises one or more of a control switch, a smart switch, and a reverse current diode array.
15 . A rechargeable jump starting device for charging a depleted or discharged battery, the device comprising:
a rechargeable battery;
an electrically conductive rigid frame connected to at least one terminal of the rechargeable battery;
a control switch configured to transition the rechargeable battery, based on a voltage of the depleted or discharge battery, between a first operating mode having a first operating voltage and a second operating mode having a second operating voltage;
at least one battery cable detachably connected to the electrically conductive rigid frame; and
at least one battery clamp connected to the at least one battery cable,
wherein the electrically conductive rigid frame is connected in circuit with the rechargeable battery when jump starting the depleted or discharged battery by the rechargeable jump starting device.

The rechargeable jump starting device of claim 15 , wherein the electrically conductive rigid frame includes at least one of a positive electrically conductive rigid frame electrically connected to a positive terminal of the rechargeable battery or a negative electrically conductive rigid frame connected to a negative terminal of the rechargeable battery.
17 . The rechargeable jump starting device of claim 16 , wherein the at least one battery cable includes a positive battery cable and a negative battery cable.
18 . The device according to claim 15 , wherein the electrically conductive rigid frame at least partially encloses the rechargeable battery.
19 . The device according to claim 15 , wherein the rechargeable jump starting device is configured to provide 12V or 24V jump starting modes.
20 . The device according to claim 15 , wherein the electrically conductive rigid frame comprises multiple electrically conductive rigid frame members.
