Abstract

Systems, methods, and apparatuses for providing dynamic, prioritized spectrum utilization management. The system includes at least one monitoring sensor, at least one data analysis engine, at least one application, a semantic engine, a programmable rules and policy editor, a tip and cue server, and/or a control panel. The tip and cue server is operable utilize the environmental awareness from the data processed by the at least one data analysis engine in combination with additional information to create actionable data.

Claims (32)

1. A system for spectrum management in an electromagnetic environment comprising:

at least one sensor operable to create measured data based on the electromagnetic environment;

at least one data analysis engine operable to analyze the measured data and create analyzed data; and

a resource brokerage application;

wherein the resource brokerage application is operable to optimize at least one resource to improve performance of at least one customer application and/or at least one customer device based on the analyzed data.

2. The system of claim 1 , wherein the resource brokerage application is operable to control the at least one customer device, the at least one resource, and/or the at least one sensor.

3. The system of claim 1 , wherein at least one server is operable to use the analyzed data from the at least one data analysis engine to create actionable data.

4. The system of claim 1 , wherein the system is operable to create a semantic map including target data.

5. The system of claim 4 , wherein the system is operable to analyze related data and/or data with similar characteristics to the target data.

6. The system of claim 1 , further including a certification and compliance application, wherein the certification and compliance application is operable to determine if the at least one customer application and/or the at least one customer device is behaving according to at least one rule and/or at least one policy.

7. A method for spectrum management in an electromagnetic environment comprising:

at least one sensor creating measured data based on the electromagnetic environment;

at least one data analysis engine analyzing the measured data to create analyzed data; and

a resource brokerage application optimizing resources based on the analyzed data to improve performance of at least one customer application and/or at least one customer device.

8. The method of claim 7 , further comprising creating actionable data based on the analyzed data.

9. The method of claim 8 , further comprising at least one server activating an alarm and/or providing at least one report based on the actionable data.

10. The method of claim 8 , wherein the actionable data indicates that at least one signal of interest is behaving like a drone.

11. The method of claim 8 , wherein the actionable data is created in near-real time.

12. The method of claim 7 , further comprising the resource brokerage application controlling the at least one customer device, the at least one resource, and/or the at least one sensor.

13. The method of claim 7 , wherein the at least one sensor includes at least one antenna, at least one antenna array, at least one radio server, and/or at least one software defined radio.

14. The method of claim 7 , further comprising creating a semantic map including target data.

15. The method of claim 14 , further comprising analyzing related data and/or data with similar characteristics to the target data.

16. The method of claim 7 , further including determining if the at least one customer application and/or the at least one customer device is behaving according to at least one rule and/or at least one policy.

17. A system for spectrum management in an electromagnetic environment comprising:

at least one sensor operable to create measured data based on the electromagnetic environment; and

a resource brokerage application;

wherein the resource brokerage application is operable to optimize at least one resource to improve performance of at least one customer application and/or at least one customer device based on the measured data;

wherein the system is operable to create target data; and

wherein the system is operable to analyze related data and/or data with similar characteristics to the target data.

18. The system of claim 17 , wherein the target data is included in a semantic map.

19. The system of claim 18 , wherein the semantic map is created using a Boolean vector.

20. The system of claim 17 , wherein the system is operable to provide a solution based on the target data.
