Abstract

A surgical hub is disclosed. The surgical hub includes a processor and a memory coupled to the processor. The memory stores instructions executable by the processor to receive first image data from a first image sensor, the first image data represents a first field of view, receive second image data from a second image sensor, wherein the second image data represents a second field of view, and display, on a display coupled to the processor, a first image rendered from the first image data corresponding to the first field of view and a second image rendered from the second image data corresponding to the second field of view.

Claims (52)

1 - 20 . (canceled)

21 . A method comprising:

interactively sharing information between a plurality of console systems within a computer-implemented interactive surgical system environment, wherein interactively sharing the information comprises:

deploying the plurality of console systems within the computer-implemented interactive surgical system environment;

communicatively coupling the plurality of console systems with each other;

generating the information by at least one console system among the plurality of console systems;

displaying the information on the at least one console system;

transmitting the information from the at least one console system to at least another console system among the plurality of console systems; and

displaying the information on the at least another console system.

22 . The method of claim 21 , wherein communicatively coupling the plurality of console systems with each other comprises at least one of wiredly and wirelessly communicating the plurality of console systems with each other.

23 . The method of claim 21 , wherein interactively sharing the information further comprises:

manipulating the information displayed on the at least one console system;

transmitting the manipulated information from the at least one console system to the at least another console system; and

displaying the manipulated information on the at least another console system.

24 . The method of claim 23 , wherein manipulating the information displayed on the at least one console system comprises prompting a user to manipulate the information displayed on the at least one console system via a graphical user interface of the at least one console system.

25 . The method of claim 23 , wherein interactively sharing the information further comprises displaying the manipulated information on the at least one console system.

26 . The method of claim 21 , wherein at least one of the at least one console system and the at least another console system comprises a touchscreen.

27 . The method of claim 21 , wherein the information comprises at least one of an image stream and a control signal.

28 . A system comprising:

a control circuit configured to interactively share information between a plurality of console systems within a computer-implemented interactive surgical system environment, wherein interactively share the information comprises:

deploying the plurality of console systems within the computer-implemented interactive surgical system environment;

communicatively coupling the plurality of console systems with each other;

generating the information by at least one console system among the plurality of console systems;

displaying the information on the at least one console system;

transmitting the information from the at least one console system to at least another console system among the plurality of console systems; and

displaying the information on the at least another console system.

29 . The system of claim 28 , wherein communicatively coupling the plurality of console systems with each other comprises at least one of wiredly and wirelessly communicating the plurality of console systems with each other.

30 . The system of claim 28 , wherein interactively share the information further comprises:

manipulating the information displayed on the at least one console system;

transmitting the manipulated information from the at least one console system to the at least another console system; and

displaying the manipulated information on the at least another console system.

31 . The system of claim 30 , wherein manipulating the information displayed on the at least one console system comprises prompting a user to manipulate the information displayed on the at least one console system via a graphical user interface of the at least one console system.

32 . The system of claim 30 , wherein interactively share the information further comprises displaying the manipulated information on the at least one console system.

33 . The system of claim 28 , wherein at least one of the at least one console system and the at least another console system comprises a touchscreen.

34 . The system of claim 28 , wherein the information comprises at least one of an image stream and a control signal.

35 . A computer program product comprising:

computer-executable instructions configured to be executed to cause a control circuit to interactively share information between a plurality of console systems within a computer-implemented interactive surgical system environment, wherein interactively share the information comprising:

deploying the plurality of console systems within the computer-implemented interactive surgical system environment;

communicatively coupling the plurality of console systems with each other;

generating information by at least one console system among the plurality of console systems;

displaying the information on the at least one console system;

transmitting the information from the at least one console system to at least another console system among the plurality of console systems; and

displaying the information on the at least another console system.

36 . The computer program product of claim 35 , wherein communicatively coupling the plurality of console systems with each other comprises at least one of wiredly and wirelessly communicating the plurality of console systems with each other.

37 . The computer program product of claim 35 , wherein interactively share the information further comprises:

manipulating the information displayed on the at least one console system;

transmitting the manipulated information from the at least one console system to the at least another console system; and

displaying the manipulated information on the at least another console system.

38 . The method of claim 37 , wherein manipulating the information displayed on the at least one console system comprises prompting a user to manipulate the information displayed on the at least one console system via a graphical user interface of the at least one console system.

39 . The method of claim 37 , wherein interactively share the information further comprises displaying the manipulated information on the at least one console system.

40 . The method of claim 35 , wherein at least one of the at least one console system and the at least another console system comprises a touchscreen.

41 . The method of claim 35 , wherein the information comprises at least one of an image stream and a control signal.
