PTPN11 INHIBITORS
The present invention relates to compounds which are useful as inhibitors of PTPN11 for the treatment or prevention of cancer and other PTP-mediated diseases. Disclosed herein are new compounds and compounds based on pyrazolopyrazines and their application as pharmaceuticals for the treatment of disease.

42 . The mixture of claim 41 , wherein the mixture is a solution.

or a stereoisomer thereof.
45 . A mixture, comprising:
i) a first compound having the structure:
or a stereoisomer thereof; and
ii) a second compound having the structure:
or a salt thereof.
46 . A mixture, comprising:
i) a first compound having the structure:
and
ii) a second compound having the structure:
or a stereoisomer thereof.
47 . A method, comprising:
a) separating the mixture of claim 41 into an organic layer and an aqueous layer; and
b) purifying the organic layer via silica gel chromatography to provide a solution comprising the first compound.
48 . The method of claim 44 , wherein the organic layer comprises an organic solvent.
49 . The method of claim 48 , wherein the organic solvent is dichloromethane.
50 . The method of claim 47 , further comprising c) performing chiral supercritical fluid chromatography using the solution to provide a purified solution comprising the first compound.
