A new and distinct cultivar of Mandevilla plant named ‘TVMD938’, characterized by its upright to somewhat outwardly spreading plant habit; moderately vigorous to vigorous growth habit; early and freely flowering habit; deep purplish pink-colored flowers; and good container and garden performance.
