Abstract
Provided are formulations, compositions and methods for delivering biological moieties such as modified nucleic acids into cells to modulate protein expression. Such compositions and methods include the delivery of biological moieties, and are useful for production of proteins.
Claims (1)
1 . An aqueous solution comprising: (i) DNA encoding a protein of interest, (ii) nucleoside triphosphates consisting of guanosine triphosphate, adenosine triphosphate, cytidine triphosphate, and N1-methyl-pseudouridine triphosphate, and (iii) messenger RNA (mRNA) comprising an open reading frame comprising nucleosides consisting of N1-methyl-pseudouridine, adenosine, guanosine, and cytidine, and (iv) an RNA polymerase.
