TISSUE SPECIMEN RETRIEVAL BAG, METHOD FOR RETRIEVING TISSUE
Provided is a tissue retrieval bag. The bag is defined by a region of the bag defining an opening; an exterior surface of the bag depending from the opening; and a channel formed into the exterior surface of the bag, wherein the channel provides access to the interior of the bag through the exterior surface. Also provided is a tissue retrieval defined by a region of the bag defining an opening; an exterior surface of the bag depending from the opening; and at least one porthole on the exterior of the bag, wherein at least one tube extends from the at least one porthole.
1 . A tissue retrieval bag, the bag comprising:
a region of the bag defining an opening comprising at least one elongated portion extending along a first axis in a deployed position;
an exterior surface of the bag depending from the opening; and a channel formed into the exterior surface of the bag, wherein the channel provides access to the interior of the bag through the exterior surface.
